“I recently had a printer fixed, and I can't recommend them more. They were thorough and got me back up and running. Jesse went through a number of options, and through the process of elimination, found the best solution. I had to replace a printer head (lots of fun!) and it was not cheap, lol, but they made the process a lot less painful. They were upfront about my printer -- in the long run, it was cheaper to replace the printer head because I ultimately had a very good printer compared to what's on the market -- and the pros and cons of keeping it, or buying a new one. Highly recommend them. I will return with other printer issues, but let's hope they don't arise!”

Recently was hired at his first engineering job post college in Coppell, texas. His new boss wanted him there immediately because of how much work they have. To say my son was excited would be an understatement. However, we live two hundred miles away and he had no apartment and just as importantly, no furniture. My son was able to quickly find an apartment close to his new job. After the drive up there, we had exactly 2 days to aquire all of the furniture he wouldn't need and no time to shop around for it. This led me to the most wonderful furniture company I have ever dealt with and a heaven sent representative named Brian. I spoke with Brian over the phone and described to him, the size of my son's apartment and what we thought he would need as kind of a starter kit of furniture. Brian then went through the store picking out furniture that he thought would be appropriate for my request. He gave a lot of his time and effort and then had the furniture shipped to the apartment next day. The furniture items he picked out were perfect and for a great price !
