Corey helped us out a lot finding the right materials for our project! We needed to make table tents for a wedding and get them printed a specific size and Corey was able to get us everything we needed and made our table tents look good once printed by him.

Absolutely terrrible store. I don't know how they stay open. Employees are not friendly, the manager on duty 03/18/25 @ 5:30 PM was RUDE. I phoned the store at 5:18 P.M., a young man answered, I think his name began with a J; I asked if this was the Cityplace location, he replied no we're on Haskell, to which I informed him that was Cityplace, he didn't seem to know what I was talking about. I then inquired about using their public computer and how much the cost was. He said they didn't have any computers, I informed him I'd seen people in the past using their computer at the front of the store before and I needed to use a computer for literally 2 minutes, he said he would have to ask the manager, put me on hold and came back and said "you can use it". I got in my car and drove to the location, upon going in I see at the front counter, 1. A security guard lounging back in the chair engrossed in what was going on in his phone, never even looked at me, wow, great security! 2, An employee sitting behind the desk across from the guard; I told her I needed to use the computer. She replied they didn't have any computers I could use. I informed her about my prior phone conversation, she asked who I spoke with, I told her I wasn't sure, I think Jose or something with a J. She (totally bothered by having the conversation) dismissed me by saying we don't have anyone by that name and they had no computers to use. I told her again, that the person on the phone put me on hold to ask the manager, she said I'm the manager and we don't have any computers to use. That was the end of that. Totally disinterested about the customers needs. I literally needed to captalize 3 words so I could print and email my document (which I fully intended to pay for all services including the use of the computer).
Funny thing is...... this was a personal situation for which time was of the essence, but, I spend a great deal of money with this store with my corporate account in spite of the unfriendly and unhelpful staff. NOT ANYMORE, TOMORROW WE CHANGE TO STAPLES.
As per your response…. I sincerely do not believe it is incumbent upon me to play the back and forth with you via email to discuss the ineptness of your team. I think I clearly stated my intention, to let the community know my experience. I will continue to do this publicly ONLY. This is your problem not mine. From what I can see, I’m not the only person with this mindset. By the way, I did try to call and express my frustrations, however, your company does not allow persons to speak with a live individual. I’ve moved on. You are not going to have me jumping through hoops to tell you more of what I see others have experienced. I gave you the date and time, you have cameras, do your job. I’m done. I will keep coming back to repost the experience so it stays fresh in your feed. I understand how companies can remove reviews. I will continue to post. I am not a vengeful person, I let bad experiences at this store go chalking up to just a bad day. I am a person who recognizes patterns. This is a pattern and I want no part of it.

I ordered online and picked up a poster collage I made for me and my boyfriend’s anniversary. When I got home and looked at the poster, there were faint lines running up and down the poster. Also, I measured the poster, and it was an inch too long than what I ordered and did not fit into the frame I had bought. I went back a few days later and showed them what was wrong. One of the workers there was extremely rude and insisted 1) it wasn’t the printer causing the lines, it was my pictures (even though the lines didn’t show up in the preview) and 2) that there was nothing they could do for the poster size and that I would have to cut it myself. He offered to reprint it and give me a refund if I didn’t like it. He told his coworker to reprint it and said that there will be lines on it again.
After he left, another man stepped in that was amazing. He asked me to tell him what the problem again was and I explained what had happened. He reprinted it and there were no lines confirming that it was indeed the printer causing the lines! He also measured the poster and confirmed that it was too long and cut it for me.
I am so thankful for this man that stepped in and how nice he was, however, I will not be returning because of the bad customer service I experienced from the other employees.

I write this review having been a loyal Office Depot/Office Max customer for years and having recieved good customer service in the past. However, it is pretty apparent that providing good customer service is no longer a priority for this company. I placed an order, in their printing department, to pick up business cards at 4:00 p.m., however, they were not ready on time. I contacted the store and I spoke with an employee named Jacob who told me that their printer broke and so the order would be delayed. I explained to him this order was time sensitive and provided him my name, order number and information and he assured me that the order would be ready at 5:30 p.m. When I arrived at the store, I approached the employee to let him know that I was the gentleman who he previously spoke to about the order. He was so disorganized that he did not remember speaking to me or anything about the conversation. In addition, the order was not ready nor had the employee even begun the order. I waited an hour for the business cards and ended up receiving the wrong order because the employee did not appear to know what he was doing and also wasted time standing around looking confused, refusing to ask his supervisor for help until I suggested it as the customer. At the end I never did receive the order and when I complained I was rudely told that it was my fault because their printer broke down and they never promised they would complete the order. It's funny how some people will say one thing and then pretend like they didn't say it to save face. As a result I asked for the store managers number to escalate this issue, but Jacob scoffed and made sure to let me know that he used to complaints and so he could careless. Overall, I as a customer understand that no company is perfect, but when the employees have a
"Whatever attitude" and their method of dealing with customer issues is to blatantly lie the it becomes impossible to conduct buisiness with that establishment. Too me it seems very counterproductive to think you can run a successful business when your employees are unprofessional, lacking accountability, and waste your time by having customers wait an hour or more like it's nothing and then say on top never mind, "you can just come back tomorrow"!

Worst store ever, pretty bad costumer service.
I was looking for a pen and the useless cashier told me that they don't have any of the brand i was looking for.
If that is true then why they have the items listed?? Make no sense, i dont recommend the place and im not coming back to this store.

If you need something, it’s unlikely you’ll find it on empty shelves, or find any employees who aren’t in some kind of trance. Self-service copiers all broken, no break on price for “full-service” although it’s the only option. Used to be a great store.

If I could give 0 starts I honestly would and I’ve never said that before, this place is literally a trainwreck. I ordered my prints Monday night for them to be ready the following day, I pulled up Thursday night and start looking at the pick up shelf for my order and it’s nowhere to be found so I talk to the guy at the desk who looked lost and didn’t know how to help me, then they told me to come in today and that they would for sure have my order ready by 7pm, I pulled up at 7:15 and they still had not printed it out or had it ready by any means, so I had to still sit there and wait another 15-20 minutes. It’s totally ridiculous.

The worker COREY is very unprofessional ive been coming to This same store before he started working here to get print services and now that he’s there I dread going in there every time. I just got manager Rodney info and I will be informing him of Mr Corey’s attitude and professionalism. Get rid of him ASAP. Horrible customer service.

SLOW ASS UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE BEATRICE THE MANAGER WAS WALKING AROUND ON THE PHONE THE ENTIRE 30 MINUTES I WAS WAITING OUTSIDE FOR MY CURBSIDE PICKUP I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES GOT PLACED ON HOLD BY THE SAME EMPLOYEES AND WHEN SHE FINALLY CAME TO THE PHONE TO HEAR ME OUT SHE PUT ME ON HOLD WITHOUT TELLING AS IN CUTTING ME OFF MY SENTENCE. COMPLETELY HORRENDOUS SERVICE TAKING MY BUSINESS TO A CLOSER LOCATION TO ME
