Lazy staff. Went in 4 minutes before closing to print 2, 1 page documents. Was turned away because they said they are about to close. Told you need to arrive earlier before closing to get service. Hours should be adjusted if the service hours close before store hours close.

The old African American lady had such an attitude at the register. And they charged me $3 to print one single piece of paper. WHAT THE HECK. I don’t understand why people have such an attitude like you work here and get paid stop being rude.

Roy was a pleasure to work with. I came in to print marketing materials that needed laminating and cutting. He was very patient, efficient and accommodating. I will always come back here in the off chance I catch him again.

Supervisor at this store is lazy! Rest of the staff is nice but when we asked for a printing service he said his machine was down and then refused to help me find a nearby office max who's printer worked. He said "you can do that yourself and call all the stores if you have to"

What is customer service? I don’t think any of the employees here know. I was hardly spoken to at all in this store, even at checkout. The cashier didn’t even respond to me when I greeted him (bit backwards, hm?) and literally only mumbled to ask if I had a rewards account. Bunch of rude mutes work at this store, apparently

I was able to purchase what I needed. However, it seems as if the staff was more concerned in gossiping, instead of actually doing their jobs.

The manager of the store 2415 NORTH HASKELL DALLAS, TX 75204 harassed me. I was walking out of the store and he said "good night, baby'. I asked him politely to not call me baby as he does not know me and that is a misogynistic and derogatory term when used in his context and he proceeded to tell me that he "hates people". He is a short unattractive very dark Black man with wire rimmed glasses that feel sit is okay to verbally accost woment.

The new manager is horrible and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this location. Very unorganized and will be reaching out to corporate for the experience.

Paid 250 for printed posters for them to not be cut and not look that good. Really annoying and manager basically said oh well.

I would give zero stars for my overall experience today and at the 2415 Haskell Dallas location. I came into the store to purchase an office chair and I seen a chair that I desired on sale for $125.99. I took a picture of the sale price, and the store manager carried the chair to the counter. However, the chair was ringing up $300. I showed the clerk, the picture of the item in which he agreed to-honoring the price. However, Jeffery Grant , declined to honor the price dispute the sign still being on the product. I asked several times for Mr. Grant to honor the price, he advise that it was the incorrect chair, so we walked back to where the chair and the price were. Even after comparing the price of the chair seeing that it was the same exact chair he refused service. I have included the pictures of the price and the chair not only was the chair on sale there, but in the front of the store at the same price. He began to be rude and obnoxious, and as an African-American woman, I verbally expressed to him how I was disappointed in his behavior, as an African-American man, I am deeply saddened by his unwillingness to correct an issue. I want to express my dissatisfaction with his conduct not only arguing with a customer but being verbally rude. The manager that overrode the pricing apologized immensely for Jeffery’s behavior and advised that he would have a talk with him afterwards but the gentleman still continued to be disrespectful and unprofessional not only to me, but to the store manager. I am appalled that Office Depot would allow such behavior and disrespect to be demonstrated by one of its employees. I would like to give kudos to the manager that took care of the customers concern and kept his composure as the gentleman was rude and disrespectful to him as the manager. However, first impressions are everything, I will be writing a formal complaint to the corporate headquarters as well as posting my review on social media, for this disrespectful, refusal of service, and horrible treatment I received by Jeffery Grant at your Haskell location in Dallas. There is no way that I would allow an irate employee around any of my customers.
