Old Dominion Freight terminal in Dallas is huge but ran superbly all the trailer spots are clearly marked with numbers wish all terminals were set up as efficiently as this one is.

If I could give a 0 star I would. I was contacted to confirm a delivery date and time. There were no options given. I was told thE only date for delivery was the next business day, during work hours. I was not given options for another date and time. I was told if I could not be there tomorrow I would get charged a restocking fee. I had to arrange my work schedule to be there to accept the deliver. I was advised I would get a call when the delivery man was 30 minutes away. I did not, he called when he was 5 minutes away and asked who would be helping him deliver a TV up 3 flights of steps I was appalled!!! No education to customers on dates and times the delivery could be set. Everyone seemed to have an attitude and take it or leave it type of approach. DEFINITELY will not use them again EVER!

If I could give 0 stars I would. They picked up my shipment never giving me a quote. Than come and charge me an arm and a leg once picked up. I can't believe I'm paying more for a bumper than an entire car. These guys are thieves.

I worked for a small family business making cookies and they used Old Dominion (and R&L trucking). The drivers were friendly and tried to be at warehouse on time for pick-up of merchandise.

GPS location on phone is not accurate to the facility it ends at the traffic light and u need to pass the traffic and the entrance is on the right after 3/4 of a mile
