I find the staff to be very helpful whenever I visit, which is rare these days. Kudos to the hiring staff for selectingsuch customerserviceminded young people.
I generallyfind somethingI likeat a reasonableprice but on the visit I found the clothes to be more on the less sophisticated, Lula Bell side. Nothing for a mature woman in sight. I am talking ruffles, sleeveless shirts, A line dresses, balloon leg pants. Honestly, most of the clothes looked unisex to me and lacking in femininity with no appreciation for curves and the female form.

The online customer service is terrible. I ordered online some clothes during Black Friday of 2024 and they sent incomplete items. I called them and contacted them using their Customer Service and they told that they could not help. I called my back and follow the step to get my money back and they told me they could not help me either because Old Navy said that they sent me the items showing a copy of the paperwork.
I have been an Old Navy customer for years but I guess you just lost a customer due to your poor management

This store is full of slow people, not to be rude or anything but I really couldn’t tell if they were acting that slow or genuinely were. I’m not even one to write any reviews but I went to make a return and use my discount to repurchase it, they end up bringing out like 5 different people to all stand there like idiots confused when I tell them what I want to do. After everyone looking clueless I say I can just do it at my store instead if it’s too much work and they agree, as I’m walking out I hear them say “well why didn’t you do that to begin with” well smart ass I was already here so I figured I’d just do it here but I didn’t know I’d be going to a store full idiots.

I normally have a great experience here but today the cashiers were rude. The checkout line seems to be a problem. I was told to enter one way a previous time and then a different way today. The cashier named Stacy was loudly complaining how the customers can’t read and don’t know where to enter the checkout line. (If it’s a common issue there should be arrows on the floor to guide the customers) She made one customer literally go back the opposite way just so she can be checked out and no one was in line.

I wore my U.S. Olympic Team tee out, and I had no idea how expensive the team store prices were since athletes only get outfitted with one complete set. I was so excited to find out that Old Navy had a great Official U.S.O.T. silhouette in store, in my neighborhood.

Don’t shop here if using cash, cashier (think it was manager) was paying with cash and her “machine” wasn’t going through to scan if my $20 bills were “real” asked if had any other form of cash bc my bills weren’t going through said could’ve been her machine but didn’t even bother looking for another machine. Luckily I had my card.
