Hope you don' t care about a warranty. A relatively new and very expensive interior glass door spontaneously collapsed (caught on our security camera). Although it should be covered under warranty, OBE's rep said "there is no way to determine why the glass broke. . . What happened after it left our plant?" By this logic, NONE of OBE's products will be covered under warranty after it leaves their plant. They clearly don't or won't stand behind their products.

We bought a lot of glass from this company and we had a piece that we do not use spontaneously explode. Thankfully, no one was injured, but now they say they do not warranty any items after they leave their facility. WHAT? This translates to ZERO warranty. Buyer beware!

My wife and I were shopping at Lowes in Tyler looking at pavers. BRIAN VICK AREA SALES MANAGER was on our same isle. He came over and helped us load them onto our cart. We thanked him and paid out. As we were loading our pickup he was coming out of the building. He came over and helped us load our truck. BRIAN VICK was such a gentleman. Lowes is very fortunate to have people like him. He went above and beyond. Thank you again BRIAN VICK.

If you want to be undervalued, Misled, and racially discriminated against this is the place to be. I worked here 8 months, I was told there was great job security & room to advance in the company! I worked in the credit department under alan gray, A racist comment was made by him offering me “fried chicken” because I was african american but i’m a vegetarian which is known due to the numerous lunch ins.Went to hr I was assured there would be no retaliation around 2 weeks later I was out of a job. Company is growing to fast if things like this are being over looked or covered up.
