Oliver Peoples store at Dallas went above and beyond helping me purchase a pair of glasses over the phone! it was a timely purchase and the team helped with pics on the frames, pricing etc over multiple chats and calls before finalizing the transaction over the phone.

I really like the glasses at Oliver Peoples in NorthPark; they have a nice, timeless, classy look. The store itself is super nice, and the employees are very friendly. However, in all honesty, I think they need to lower the prices back to where they used to be and up the quality to match their previous standards. As a long-time customer, I've noticed a slight drop in quality and a rise in prices. It's not a deal-breaker, but it's noticeable. Other than that, it's a perfect place to buy glasses.

Customer service at the NorthPark Oliver Peoples is always excellent. My OP sunglasses are 15+ years old and today Jade replaced all of the rubber pieces, adjusted and cleaned them so that they are literally like new again for no charge. FREE! I bought my first pair of Oliver Peoples glasses 35 years ago when I lived in Los Angeles and I can tell you that nobody can match their exemplary customer service and warranty (which apparently never ends). Check them out.
