Only because I have to give 1 star or else I'd give them NO stars. Jorge will rip you off. DO NOT use this place. His work is an absolute disaster. First let me say, he will never return your calls then when he does it will be like days after. Do not waste your time with this shop. You will regret it. All the 4 stars you see on here are his friends that made up that review. He did not repair my vehicle and then when I called him to fix it, he did not want to take responsibility for his bad work. He made up all sorts of excuses. AVOID ON POINT AUTO PAINT AND BODY, and avoid doing business with JORGE.

I don’t recommend this place, it’s time-consuming and a lot of delays without notification. More importantly, it causes new issue during the repair process without any prior notice or warning, which I have to figure out. A terrible experience!

As stressful as it was being in an accident and going through the claims process. Jorge made my claim repair so easy and fast. He kept me up to date with my vehicles repairs. Anything that happened with my vehicle regarding parts or service, he was always keeping me updated. He’s the best! 10/10 recommend!

He came to my house payed him 250 he did the work and did not fix it. Then blocked my phone number. I do not Recommend them to work on your car. Trying to get ahold of them for 3 weeks now. This will not be the last post. This Company will take your money and only do little work. That is not good Business.

Jorge and his team recently repaired my car's back door. Their service was amazing from start to finish (with helpful pickup/delivery, great prices, progress photos, and more). My car was in the shop for just one week, and when I got it back, it looked as good as new! Therefore, I highly recommend On Point for anyone needing auto repair work done. The team exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be returning for any future needs.

I cannot give enough high praise to Jorge and his team - they were simply excellent! Body work on my F-150 is perfect, paint color match is spot on, and they went above and beyond to assist on a few minor "non-body work" details that needed fixing. I would never take my vehicle anywhere else! IMHO, you cannot go wrong by choosing this great shop. Simply the best!

Highly recommend! Great communication and service. I’m in the process of renovating my FJ Cruiser, and the team here did a excellent job repainting my hood and side panels. The color is a perfect match. Additionally, they were able to replace my passenger rear pad with an OEM rear pad directly from Toyota! Overall, I’m very pleased with the results and will be back in the near future for some ancillary work (e.g., repainting door handles, side mirrors and touch ups).Services: Painting

I used On Point to repair and replace the front driver-side fender and was very satisfied with the work done. Jorge (Shop Manager) was detailed in the estimate and gave options to us when feasible, and the repair was done quickly and he sent me updates on the progress while the car was in the shop. The job also required painting the new part and blending it in, and I cant even tell that it was not part of the original car. Would definitely recommend On Point for anyone looking for auto body work and/or painting, and they performed work at a very reasonable price! He even was able to help remove some other small scratches on the door that wasn't even part of the original quote!Services: Painting
