Management and leasing staff are great. We meet with them everyday and keep them updated about things going on in Uptown district. In return they keep us updated with things in the area.

Do not live here, been here for 9 months.
1 elevator is always not working, in some cases nether are working.
Fire alarm tests are done constantly(it was like 30 times in 2months) so if you sleep in late or if you have a dog you are screwed.
Homelessness and breakins are constant. They're walking around or gaining access to building and cars where they will still your stuff. This is solved by simply paying a security guard but they don't even have that. They don't have cameras to monitor the parking garages so that they're not liable. This apartment complex is set up to be low effort/maintenance which will directly effect your quality of living, do not move here.

I just recently moved into One Oak Grove. I must say that Megan and Victor really know how to take care of the customer. Victor went above and beyond to ensure my initial experience here was top notch. Thanks again for your best welcoming into the building.

The building and location is good, but management has created serious issues.I had a storage unit broken into twice which shows security is limited. Also been trying to dispute excessive move out charges which are very questionable. Be careful because they will quickly rack up over $1000 on move out for normal use.

Extremely poor management. There is no proactive communication or empathy shown from the management team to its residents. One of my first nights after moving into my apartment in August, the fire alarm went off for the whole building and we all had to evacuate at around 5 in the morning. There were firefighters and an ambulance. There was no communication as to what happened to this day. I brought it up to management and the leasing manager or supervisor that was there told me that she did not recall that event and most likely was not there. I told her I had videos for proof, however she mentioned that if it were a medical reason they are not allow to disclose the resident’s information. That is completely understandable, however a building-wide announcement via e-mail apologizing for the alarm and communicating that there was no fire would have been more professional. Even the firefighter on the scene came up to me on the street to tell me everything will be okay, showing me more communication + empathy than the people at One Oak Grove. Second, cars get broken into so much. I have driven past cars with shattered windows in the resident garage and management does NOTHING but tell us that they have security. Why don’t you guys put cameras IN the parking garage and enforce stricter measures to prevent this? I have also seen residents invite their guests and open the garage gate for them to let them into the resident parking, leaving ACTUAL residents without a space. Not only that, but the parking spaces are mostly all for “compact cars” and are extremely narrow, do not lease here if you have an SUV unless you’re willing to pay more for a reserved spot. I am very disappointed with how management has been “handling” these complaints, because I know I’m not the first one to leave a bad review. Please do better, hire a better communications/customer success team, implement cameras inside the garage, proactively communicate and LISTEN to residents, and at least PRETEND to care. I am very displeased with my experience here and will not be renewing.

Cars broken into regularly. Obviously this doesn't matter to local management.4. Local management deletes a lot of poor reviews on Google to inflate the rating

I would look at all the reviews before you move in here. I would highly recommend to NOT living here. Since I been here (end of January) they have changed managers every few months and nothing good ever happens. The gate to the complex is always broken and there have been multiple car break ins, including mine. I reached out to the management team and they did nothing. Just last month there was about 5 cars broken into and a car stolen and once again, the apartment complex did nothing. There's always dog poop on the grass and they could care less. There's dried barf on the way into the leasing office that has been in that same place 6 months and that should tell you how poor the management is here. There's never any parking and my car was just towed in the community and was told it's because I never updated my information. Which I had done, with the direction of the last manager. There's now a new manager that although my information is in the one oak grove system, she has said it's my fault because I didn't update another system. Again, I would NOT recommend this place by any means.

I've lived here for a year and my lease is nearly up so I'm taking the time now to let everyone know DO NOT LIVE HERE. There is all kinds of suspicious activity happening with little to no security. The car garage gate is always broken and because of this someone broke into my car. Furthermore, I was parked right under a camera in the garage and I asked the front desk for the footage for investigation and they essentially laughed at me. I've had countless packages stolen and there is often a homeless man sleeping in the downstairs bathroom and/or business center. Whenever I report a problem they completely ignore me. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

I recently toured Oak Grove Apartments, and I must say, it has been a fantastic experience so far. The leasing office staff here are truly exceptional. Their friendliness and professionalism stood out right from the start.Another great aspect of Oak Grove Apartments is the Heartland Security service that's available on call 24/7. This added layer of safety and peace of mind is a significant benefit for residents.Additionally, the apartments themselves are beautifully designed with tall ceilings, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere with plenty of natural light.Overall, Oak Grove Apartments has exceeded my expectations in terms of customer service and security.

One oak Grove is top-notch! From the staff to the facilities and everything in between, this is the place to be. Every concern is met with genuine care and addressed in such a timely manner. Thanks to this incredible staff and friendly neighbors, this place is home and I look forward to continuing my time on property.

WHAT YOU SEE IS A LIE. AVOID THIS APARTMENT AT ALL COSTS. These reviews must be fake as my experience is such an extreme outlier...LOOK UP REVIEWS FOR THE HOLDING COMPANY RPM LIVING DALLAS. THERE YOU WILL FIND WHAT YOURE GETTING INTO.I moved here from New Jersey and drove 1500 miles. When I arrive, my apartment does not match the floorplan I paid for. I paid for a balcony, was advertised a balcony, and was personally told I would have a balcony, but did not receive a unit with a balcony. To this day, this issue had not been resolved and I will look to settle in small claims court.Moreover, they towed my car from my reserved parking spot, ruined my day, and offered nothing in return. I missed a day of work, got a flat tire in my friends car going to the impound, and received a damaged vehicle in return!! All because of the extreme incompetence of One Oak Grove. How can something like this happen?When I thought it could not get worse, they mess up my bill and send a negative bill. As a result of seeing a negative balance I did not pay because I did not owe any money. They then sent me a late fee. THEY WANTED ME TO PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKE!!!The management is incompetent and rude. They act like primates, but that is an insult to primates. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.Also, I know you guys read these reviews. Let me break my lease. I seriously hate you people. You guys are pure evil.
