I was staying at a hotel across the street and I wrongly assumed this bank had an ATM. They did however have an Asian security guard with a gun and an attitude. He didn't seem to want me anywhere near the door. I saw previous posts about giving attitude based on skin color. I am white with long hair and I caught major tude. F this bank and that security guard!!

Hard to get the right personnel on the phone and leaving voice messages is pointless. They do not call back within reasonable time. The best way to reach someone is by email and even then they might not respond. They do not have an app so that you can have easy and direct access to manage your accounts. Do not bank here they can not manage the business they have.

I had an account here for several years, but moved my business and therefore changed banks. I have used 4 different banks since then, none of them offered the quality and customer service that One World Bank offered. I miss them dearly!

Last week I was visiting Dallas for the weekend for my wife's birthday with all of her friends. I was setting up the birthday party at Park Avenue across the street and needed some cash. I saw the bank and came to use the ATM. I parked (19 GMC Yukon), and was immediately approached by the short, Asian, older, armed security guard. He started questioning me as to my business there. I dialogued briefly and quickly realized he wasn't there to help, but moreso accost me because I'm a brother driving a very nice, large SUV. I've been here before, we know what this is... I told him to please allow me to do my business and he continued to follow me into the bank, step for step. I was with 8 women, 2 of them with me outside the car, and I felt the he need to protect them. I told the guard he was now intimidating me as he continued to follow. When I walked into the bank, I then faced him ready for a confrontation. At least cameras were around inside. He wouldn't leave me alone. I felt the need to get my sister in law and wife in the bank because clearly this guy was looking for something. Once inside, I was told there wasn't even an ATM and literally ran to the car to get out of there. I feared for my life...just going to the bank...boycott black people. Boycott this bank until they fire this guy.

My family and friends were in Dallas on vacation from out of state celebrating my sisters birthday when we stopped at this bank for access to an ATM. We were planning a party at park avenue which was not to far from the bank. As soon as we pulled up and stepped out of our SUV a security guard (a short Asian man with a thick accent) approached us and invaded our space. He asked us what we were doing there. We told him that we wanted access to an ATM. Not that it should matter but we are all a group of Black professionals (doctors, psychologist, nurse, lawyers, Buisness administrator, Realestate agent/Buisness owner) who had no other intent then to access our funds yet the security guard would not leave our side and followed us into the bank. My brother in law many times communicated to the security guard that his proximity was making my brother in law and all of us uncomfortable. The security guard was armed with a gun. Once we entered the bank we we're told that they did not have an atm and we left the building. We could see the security guard peering through the window at us. Never on my life have I been treated with such suspension and disrespect. No one should be made to feel this way no matter the color of their skin. I really hope that this bank examines their costumer service protocols/practices, training, choice in security guards and makes some swift changes. Until this issue is resolved, stay far away.

I am a 100% service-connected disabled veteran purple heart recipiant visiting and staying at a local hotel. This bank refused to give me change for $20 to use for tip money because I didn't have an account with them.

This location has a parking that's next to a few restaurants. I decided to grab lunch and eat in the parking lot... BAD IDEA. A security guard comes out and when I asked if I should leave he didn't respond. He commenced to taking pictures of me and my car... he even took pictures as I left the premises, even when I was no longer on the property. I was terrified. When I called the bank to inquire I was told that's standard procedure. That's just terrible and quite honestly I've seen people eat in the parking lot all of the time.. it's broad day light during lunch time... what the heck goes on here that they need to invade. a persons personal space.., and why not just say leave. My photos and the pictures of my car could be used in anything they want to frame for. Horrible experience.

Been stopping at various banks asking if they have any half dollars as I am planning to do JFK folders of half dollars as Xmas presents. I have stopped at almost every different branch whether I had an account or not and everyone was happy to help except this bank. Walked in and greeted nicely by a group at a desk and said hello. There were two tellers a male counting money and a female sitting doing nothing. I approached and the male stopped what he was doing and asked if he could help. I asked if he had any half dollars, he replied no and asked the female teller who looked at me and asked if I had an account. I said I did not and was promptly told they could not help me. I said thanks and was leaving when a young girl by the desk who had heard my question said she had halves and would be happy to get rid of them. I said great but when she got behind the teller area the other female said do not help him he does not have an account. The nice teller asked if I had an account and I replied no and I guess I never will.
