I was visiting my son in Dallas, staying in the Addison area and took a class at the Addison OT. I didn't know what to expect since it was my first time there and taking a a class in the state of Texas, I live in California. It was such a positive experience from beginning to end. Beginning with Megan, who checked me in, a bug warm welcome who made me feel at home with her positive energy and hospitality. I was ready to workout. Kenny, the OT Coach, was motivating during the workout and personable. He went out of his way, shook my hand, introduced himself and asked if I had any questions. The facility was very clean and organized. My experience was awesome, had a great workout and it made me glad my son lives in a great town with good people. Thank you OTC ADDISON, you rock!

Whenever I am over in Addison for work I always attend Orange Theory!!! The classes are fantastic!!!The staff are super friendly and my fave instructor is Kenny. He is so motivating and always informative on the classes. Wish there were more orange theory classes all over the uk!! Thank you!!!

Be ready to work out in the best way!! Staff is amazing.. the work outs are great and you go at your own pace. If you are struggling or unsure about what you are doing coaches will guide you through the workout. Even modify it if you have Health concerns. Wonderful place! And they are everywhere!!

Do not come here! The white male receptionist at the front desk loves to have his power trip. This place likes to start classes earlier than scheduled and has the worst customer service.

For a short time, we were missing some of the exercise equipment. But management listened to the members, and all of the equipment we were missing has been restored!

I absolutely love this place and the positive energy from the team!! Tiffanie and Diana are exceptional! Mandy at the front desk is super sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful!! Go here to workout and feel good. You won’t regret it!

If I could give a -0 starts I would, but unfortunately I am not able to. FIRST, the worse customer service from entitled white people (I can say that being half white) that are boogie with their chest pocked out, as if everyone is beneath them. Completely disgusted and shocked.This is the whole story. On 5/17, I went online and signed up for the class and received at least 3 class asking if I was coming. First they did not even check their database to see that I signed up and completed all that was needed prior to the class, as they called each time with the same question, "Are you interested in the class". Second, I received and email stating to show up 15 minutes before the class, which I thought it was odd as the I was told over the phone to come in 30 minutes before the class. I show up and then she tells me with this unapologetic disposition, "well I cant let you in to the class because you are late." I said the most recent notification told me to come 15 minutes before. Without even acknowledging my confused concern she skips over it and just tells me that I can come to the next class. I told her I am no longer interested as my time was just wasted based off the company's mix communication error on top of that the lack of empathy from customer service.Lastly, I get a call today (5/22), same place calling me asking me about coming to a class and I told her I had a horrible experience and I began to explain why, she cut me off and did not allow me to finish and said "oh yeah, that is our policy, and that is an automatic email that goes out". I suggested "Perhaps corporate should correct that so there is no confusion to the clients as I taking my business else where". She interrupted me again and said "Oh well, we do not want your business anyways" and hung up on my face.For me to make the time to write this, this has to mean something HUGE. I value my time mostly and definitely my hard earned money, no matter what class I am associated in. I felt undervalued, disgraced and disrespected. I would highly recommend NOT coming here, unless you wanted to be treated less than.

My first class was great with Madison. I’ve been working out for about 6 years on and off and mostly lifting weights but the class at orange theory was very different. An hour of intense exercises. I burned out calories that I could not believe if I didn’t see it on the board. I’ve signed up as a member but still keeping my membership at the other gym for days that I need to work out late at night or just weight lifting days. Orange theory is a 10 for me and hopefully it stays that way!!!
