Came here for an evening workout while visiting Dallas during the week. Front desk was friendly, helpful with the electronic forms, and getting my HRM added to their studio. Worked out with Coach Sulley who did a great job leading the class.Studio is located in a shopping plaza with plenty of parking and several shops and restaurants if you want a quick bite afterwards.

I’ve been part of OT now for just over 4 months. It has really helped get me into a routine to accomplish my fitness goals for the year. The front desk staff are nice, enthusiastic, and friendly. The trainers are knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I always leave feeling good about the workout I have just done. I definitely could see this meeting my fitness needs long term.

Orangetheory - Preston Hollow is the BEST!!! This has been my home location for two years and I am love it! All of the coaches are incredible and you will for sure be in good hands! I highly recommend!
