Came in to swap a battery that still had a month of warranty after 3 years. It was swapped once and it was the second one that went bad so needed the 3rd. I have bought from O’Reilly before and they have swapped up to 4 batteries if still under the warranty time. As it should be honored I mean if it’s bad it’s bad not anyone’s fault that it goes bad. Javier attended me at first good guy, afterwards homie with a pony tails comes up and tries to tell me some bs story that once it’s warrantied once it’s no longer valid. Made no sense at all obviously the battery was very heavy and he could have not carried it from the rack to the counter I understand but don’t try and bs me like I haven’t bought a battery before. Homie look like he plays Minecraft for a living never worked on a car ever. So after all he tries to sell me a battery I decline, I drive maybe a mile to the next Orielly off 30 and Fort Worth Ave. literally set it on the counter and dude doesn’t hesitate to swap it. I even explained what happened at the other location and he said thats bs. Picture is for reference that they swapped it got to work out a bit more buddy.

I went there to buy a battery.the day before a man was a cashier,but no one was there to install the new battery.so I came another day.the lady first tried to boost it off.the booster was not charged enough.so she looked up my battery.she a professional had to install it.went right up to AutoZone and they install my battery

They never open on time.. it’s currently 8:30am 6/30/24 & we’re sitting outside waiting on the store to open when it’s supposed to open at 8am

Guy was a complete jerk this morning! Didn’t want to do a return so magically he couldn’t find it and advised I go back to store I purchased. He was rude from the moment I got there because he has stitches in his mouth. Probably shouldn’t be at work if he’s going to be rude!
