Always great service wish I knew the lady's name, but I know she's been there like eight years she sets you in and out and runs the store everything flows super smooth when she there. Which it seems all the time. Lol. Cuddos O'Reilly's she needs a raise.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. I was riding the train home last Wednesday and decided to run into O'Reilly to see if they had a car battery terminal. I walked in with a small school bag in hand. As soon as I walked in and turned the corner, I was confronted by large, ungroomed gentleman behind the counter that stopped assisting a customer and began screaming at me. I turned around and was told I couldn't carry my bag with me in the store. This seemed odd to me because I looked around and saw at least two women with their purses in hand. I asked how come I can't have my property with me in the store like the ladies that were already there? I got no answer. I was told again I couldn't carry my bag around the store. Clearly this man assessed that I was a criminal within 3 seconds of me walking inside and decided I needed a different set of rules from everyone else. I didn't see any announcements on the walls or doors that said I couldn't bring my bag inside, so this rule was instantly made up for me based on my looks. He had no idea if I kept my money inside my bag or not. He just automatically assumed I was a thief. I hate being discriminated against in the community my tax dollars help support. If you choose to patronize this poorly run store, please know that if you are a black man, a whole different set of rules will be made up for you at the salesclerk's discretion.

They supposed to close at 9 pm we arrived at 8:53pm and one of the ladies that works here ran to lock the door when she saw us walking towards the door. No just that she started laughing with one of the clients that was at the register. How disrespectful and unprofessional!! If closing time is 9 pm they should respect or change the time to the actual closing time.
