Besides them giving you the wrong parts when you try to make a return, they put our place every excuse they can to avoid giving you an exchange or return. It’s the worst commercial attention I have received at O’Reilly’s as a shop that constantly purchases parts to be otherwise ignored, it’s so disrespectful. I would think twice about purchasing apart from this particular O’Reillys due to the lack of leadership in the commercials part department.

By far, the worst experience I ever had at any store Of any kind ever. I bought an alternator from them. It was broke. I had them replace it. That one was also broke. These were both refurbished. The assistant manager said he would swap it out for a brand new one and the next day when I went to pick it up, He decided to charge me full price. This place always has a long line and only has one person maybe two checking people out with four employees working in the back. Every time I went there the line To check out, was down an aisle. I have always been an O’Reilly customer, but never again.

Just awful customer service
Hampton and Illinois location
Gave the one star because it would not let me write the review. I just left the store at 12:58 pm Wed Aug 21st. I had the worst experience with the store personnel. Customer service was a NO show today. I purchased a twin pack of car air fresheners on Aug 16th. The problem was the clip would not stay on my vents in the car. So, since I put the stuff in a plastic bag and only one was open and I had the receipt. I brought them both back to the store. The only reason it took me so long to take it back, Is I don't go in that direction often. So that is why I had the stuff in a plastic bag. It wasn't used at all. I took it back to the store to exchange it for another one or get my money back. The girl said we don't do that; I was like why not exchange it or give me my money back? She takes it from me and puts the clip on the freshener and says it works. I said yes it works in here, but it will not stay on my vent in the car. She starts talking in Spanish to another employee. Then she turns around and I guess asked the manager. He kept walking. I was really getting perplexed. What kind of customer service is this? I'm so glad I didn't make any major purchases from this location. I will tell my nonspeaking Spanish friends do not go to this location, the customer service stinks. And they are young and rude.

I'd give a zero if I could. They are either in the back b/s', on their phones, playing around or anything but helping the line they have. Worst location to go to with young adults not knowing what their doing or no clue. Even when you explain to them in detail what you need.

Went in at 9am this morning for a quart of transmission fluid and when it was time to pay the cashier said hold on and walked away. Odd but whatever. Came back and took my $15 and put it in the register and walked away again. Came back and said they didn't have change and asked if I could wait 10 min. Really? Who doesn't have 2 dollars in change? Maybe that's why everyone was next door at AutoZone.
