They left me on hold for 25 minutes & I had to call back an they did the same thing again when I was just checking to see if there was a car parts for my car available there so I could go purchase it .

These guys deserve ZERO stars especially the “manager” Joe and his minion Victor. To actually laugh at a customer instead of trying your best to serve is ridiculous. I get it if something cant be done it cant be done even if i had with the receipt in hand! But to sit there and act like that is very childish and disrespectful!

Terrible customer service at this location for the people that live in this community. Every time my family or myself go in this store, there is a problem...We called looking for parts and were told that they were not in stock.We asked could they check the system and see what other locations may have the parts, the employee said "No, we would have to call every store individually and ask!"Ridiculous! We know better than that!

This guy in the front is with black long hair is always giving out the opposite stuff of what you ask for , this ain’t the first time I had to go back and tell him something ….. won’t recommend this place
