Well the customer service is great however I bought something there today and paid over 11 dollars for it. When I went on Walmart web app it was half the price that O'Reilly charged me. I pretty much got 2 of the exact same can of stuff at Walmart for the price of one at O'Reilly's. So I will be taking the one I got from them back. Outside of their prices the customer service is very great that's why I gave it 3 stars.

I have to say that out of all of the parts stores in the DFW metro area these are by far the best of the lot. They seem to always have in stock what other parts stores have to order. I switched to them long ago after an employee at a autozone sold me 2 front right calipers instead of a left and a right. Then I had to go back to the location and return one for the right part. Which cost me valuable time. The only thing that could happen that would make O'Reilly auto parts a hands down favorite is a 24 hr location somewhere in the metro area preferably a centralized location for everyone.

Customer service was fair but employees were not knowledgeable of basic products and did not to use the computer to assist with the recommended oil type

Got to the store at 9:03 pm
One of the headlights was off and needed replacement.
They just laughed and never open the door to help me.
I'm not buying anything from O'Reilly's anymore.

Good and fast service, sometimes it takes a while, because they don't know well what you are buying as a spare part, but if you bring photos it is faster or the part,They also serve you well in the branches.
