I visited this store. There were two young men there. I was alone in the store. I stood there for 3 minutes and they didn't answer me. They were on the phone. I asked if they could help me and they didn't answer. When I asked them why they weren't answering, they asked me why I was talking to them like that. It's annoying to see that they work to provide a service but the phone has them trapped and they're even smoking e-cigarettes. Very bad, very bad service.

Worst customer service EVER. ADRIAN the “assistant manneger” is always grumpy he assumed my siblings were stealing whenever they were playing on their phone, made me go look so see if they were stealing when they are just 5years old and 8years old.

Went to this location to get a/c recharge kit. I tried to use my military discount, since I'm a veteran, but was denied. It was clearly on my driver license and I even presented a dd214, but was not allowed to use it. I was told that I need a actual military ID as proof. 8 years of service and I can't get a $0.65 discount. Will never go back to this location, ever. AutoZone took care of me!!!

I am giving five stars to Dan because he was super helpful! He put on license plates and wipers out in the HEAT today for me. In this day and time, we don't get good customer service anymore so I feel it's important to kudos the people that do give good customer service. We are quick to complain so let's be quick to compliment as well, hago!
