Was there yesterday. Mr Albert was super polite and helpful. A lady working there had the music like it was a party with very obscene lyrics and yelling bad words with other customers. I’m not going back there.

O'Reilly Auto Parts is my go-to auto parts store. They almost always have exactly what I need in stock, and the staff is helpful and knowledgeable. While the prices are sometimes a bit higher than what you'd find online, the convenience of being able to see the parts in person, compare options, and walk out with what I need right away makes it totally worth it. Highly recommend for anyone who values reliability and in-store support.

I came to this O’Reillys two months ago to have my headlight changed a very nice gentleman help me purchase the correct bulb. It took him about 10 minutes. He put the new bulb in for me and I was on my way. Very great customer service fast-forward about a month I keep having to tap the headlight because it is not in correctly. It’s very loose every time I turn the car on I have to tap the headlight to get it to come on. I came back to O’Reillys to have them put in a new headlight to which Juan told me. That it would take him too much time and he did not want to put the headlight in for me. He stated that he doesn’t know who helped me before, but he did not have time for that. Terrible customer service Juan thank you. I will go somewhere else where they Have the time to help me

I went there for air in my tire and was unable to get it done, the guy wouldn't service me but insisted on trying to sell me some tires ??♀️. I just needed air!!!!

I've had the best experience at this O'Reilly's, my truck breaks stopped working and luckily I ended up at this store, manager Rick and employees Juan, Adrián, and Sully helped me out and even checked up on me while I was fixing the issue, best customer service I've experienced. Give them a raise

This place is disappointing. My husband always shops there and today he was served by the worst Mexicans. They should not serve the public. People like that make this company decline. We will avoid this store for future purchases. I don't recommend it?
