Customer service specific to answering the phone is pretty sub par. I was hung up on the first time I called and immediately put on hold when I called back a second time. Perhaps, it's just one particular employee. 🤷🏾♂️ I've taken my business elsewhere.

This is a brand new location for O'Reilly Auto Parts located behind Chick-fil-A Burger King and across the street there's a Cane's Chicken it's also located in the Aldi parking lot next to a blood plasma center! Lots of parking available. So far with the team customer service is on point. Team members will come from behind the counter to serve customers.n
