I have used Barry Blount to purchase or refinance 6 homes. My most recent home is in Massachusetts. His company got him licensed in MA so he could help me. He is professional, has attention to detail, is a good listener and very calming as things don’t always go as planned. I’ll certainly use him when I buy my next house. You should too!

Where do I begin? I started dealing with this company about June 2021. Everything was layed out as far as my upgrade car and bills that were owed. Chuck Burton told me that everything was fine and my dti would not be a problem. I finally found a house that I liked and won the bid. I paid everything based on everything was approved. The week of closing I was getting calls asking about my month off which I explained was due to Covid. They wanted a “handwritten” letter from my company about when I became full-time. Longer story shortened, they had me calling around trying to get a letter and when I did the day before I was going to closing, Burton said he couldn’t do it. All my money gone. My realtor was only able to get me 2k back out of the money I spent. Oh! I was also told my car was making my DTI too high. I was upfront about everything. Stay away!!!

Still never called me back or actually helped me. I was pre-approved by another company. The only reason Cynthia called me back was because I told her I was going elsewhere. It shouldn't have taken a week for me to get a pre-qualifying letter!
