Richard offered me a great price for his services. The day after his shop finished, the codes came back on. He offered to continue working on the car to fix what I had already paid for. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to go back in because I was moving. He refunded me quickly and with no hassle. I wish all auto shops were as honest and helpful as him.

I was in a bind and came to PV Auto Service needing my tie rods replaced. Richard and his team took great care of me—they handled the job quickly, efficiently, and at a great rate. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Richard is extremely personable and was very helpful with helping me put my spare tire on. In the past, I was unable to get my lug nuts off by myself and he saved my day. Thank you again!

Richard is awesome!! I had a great experience with PV Auto this weekend- brought in my car that needed multiple pretty extensive repairs; Richard gave me a very fair quote, and the vehicle was ready the next day! Very honest, great business - I will be back in the future

Richard has always been straightforward and honest with any of our vehicles needing or not needing service. We just had our timing chain serviced...having that peace of mind that we won't have to worry about it for another 200K is a great feeling. While they were in there, he also replaced the water pump, oil and filter along with brakes serviced as well. Truck feels great...very happy with their service.

I completely trust this place. I have brought 2 cars here and have always gotten the lowest quote and the best quality and really in a very fast way. Richard is kind and cares. I know this because he sits down with me and walks me through the quote. He Understands and suggest alternatives when there is something I cannot afford at the moment.
I won’t take my cars anywhere else.
