I bought something as a gift and it was too small and I didn't save the ticket. I sent a screenshot showing the charge I paid with the card and they didn't want to exchange the jacket for something else, very bad.

Most unfriendly staff. No employees anywhere near the fitting rooms. We went into the large and only open fitting room. It was littered with trash and discarded clothes. 5 minutes into trying things on, an employees came up and told us for future reference we couldn’t use that room.
Not even 30 seconds later while I was getting dressed another employee came by rudely said we needed to get out right now and she would be waiting outside. Lady with the iced coffee who checked us out was also incredibly unfriendly to us. Go to a different location. Maybe they will have nicer staff.

PacSun needs to stop selling fear of God essentials if customers can’t even try on the product they’re overpaying for… $120 sweatpants that I can’t try on…. Maybe create a better secured store rather than denying customers rights to the dressing room.

Awful employees. Came in at 6pm. They sectioned off half the store 2 hours before close because they don’t want to have to fold clothes back up after close. I can’t look at the shirts I’m interested in. When shopping around the 2 girls behind the counter were loudly talking saying “If you don’t buy it you’re wasting our time”.

I’ve never really had any bad experiences at PacSun before, but when I visited this location, I encountered bad customer service. The employees were rude, and the overall vibe was bad.

Had outstanding service. Polo went above and beyond for me and my husband. I had been walking in heels all day and wanted a comfortable shoe he accommodated me so quickly and sold me on the shoe immediately! He also provided me with a chair to sit. Great service! Thank you polo!

The staff aren’t friendly at all and on top of that they don’t seem to have received any training. The supervisor/lead that the young girl called over couldn’t help me order something online that they didn’t have in store.
