“Great experience at Sherwin Williams at 4826 Greenville in Dallas. Staff member on duty was so very welcoming and helpful. Despite helping multiple customers simultaneously, she remained non-plussed and helpful to each. Saw her patiently and masterfully handle a difficult customer. I was going to try the big box retailers for my paint project this time, so glad I didn’t.”

“Outstanding experience here. I was seriously impressed with their color matching—these guys don’t just get close, they take the time to dial it in and make sure it’s an exact match. You can tell they actually care about getting it right, not just pushing you out the door. On top of that, the store is well stocked with high-quality products and supplies. Everything you need, and none of the cheap junk. Staff was genuinely friendly and went above and beyond to help. Hard to find that level of service these days. Highly recommend.”

Although the store is busy with customers coming in and out all day, the guys at the counter are focused on being fast and helping you get what you need quickly. I especially like steve, the manager. Not only is he really nice and understands the importance of keeping customers happy, he is also very knowledgeable about the different paints and applications of best use. This information helps a regular person avoid costly mistakes. The store is conveniently located off Preston and 635. Clean, well stocked. Highly recommend!”

“I went with my friend to find some sort of stain that you all were out of on Lovers Lane. Linda, who has beautiful turquoise hair, was so pleasant and helpful. She called other stores to see if they had it and ask them to check even when they said that they were unsure just to make sure and was doing it all in such a very professional manner. I asked her if she was management or assistant manager there and she said no, and explained her position. Too bad, because she definitely should be! It was literally one of the best customer service encounters that my friend, and I have had. Just wanted you to know she went above and beyond to get us the product at another Sherwin Williams.”

“I’ve visited this location a few times and have consistently been helped by the manager with long hair. Each interaction has been memorable, and it’s clear he brings a direct and efficient approach to handling customer inquiries. He keeps conversations focused and moves quickly, which can be helpful when you’re trying to get answers without a lot of back-and-forth. I appreciate that the experience is always consistent, and it’s clear that he operates with a certain level of confidence and independence. Looking forward to see how things continue to grow for this manager!”
