“The best Sherwin location I’ve been too.The manager Sebastian is always kind & helpful which I appreciate since I don’t know much about paint.The store gets really busy from 7 am to 10 am all week so I avoid going during those times.He also tries to keep the store the cleanest and provide the best customer service. “I went to the Wynnwood Sherwin-Williams yesterday and had a pleasurable experience. I had to wait about 8 minutes to be waited on ( 2 previous customers had large orders); It was worth the wait. The sale clerks were attentive, they educated me on the recommended spray paint for my particular job. They also recommended a store-brand degreaser and demonstrated the product in the store (I purchased to it worked so well). I will make future purchases at this location and refer others.”

“I want to give a shout out to Desean Brumfield at the Sherwin-Williams located at 10909 Webb Chapel in Dallas, TX. He provided some of the best customer service I have experienced in recent years when I brought my aging mother in to get paint for her kitchen. Desean gave her undivided attention with patience and smiles the entire time. He went above and beyond by helping her get access to online discounts she was not aware of. He showed her how the paint she selected would look on her cabinets by testing a small area. What a guy. Sherwin-Williams will want to be sure to keep this man. In fact, Mr. Brumfield should manage an entire store of his own, or maybe even have a larger role where he can cascade his customer service approach to entire teams.
