BEWARE. Do not buy a package of tans or sprays like I did. They will disappear. Nick has sold me 2 very expensive packages in which the first one just disappeared after 2 tans no one knows why. The 2nd package of sprays and tans were sold to me again over 100$ on the premise no expiration date which I made certain of because I was leaving the country for a long beach vacation the next day. When I returned they had disappeared and no one knew why. In fact the staff researched while I was there and signed a paper saying they could see Nick took them off. So Nick found them miraculously and put them back on my account. After 2 tans and 1 spray all the sudden I'm missing tans and have no spray tans on my account. Now know one knows why and no one wants to help and Nick of course won't talk to me. As a side note while I'm writing this in my tanning bed the girl turns my bed off after 2 minutes makes me put my clothes on and come ask her about it and says the bed got too hot so she needs to move me to another room and will give me 2 more minutes. I'm all my years of tanning I have never had a bed get too hot and go off go figure.

Went there for the first time today. Very poor customer service. There were other tanning rooms available I was offered a room with a broken tanning bed, where airflow was not working. Upon finish, when I asked why wasn’t it working, front desk answered first because that tanning bed not supposed to have an airflow. Even though indicators in the bed were there. Then front desk said none of the beds have an airflow which is not true. Then they agreed they do have rooms with vertical tanning beds with airflow and mist etc. On my question, why didn’t you offer me them, if they are available. The answer was they are too expensive. The difference is $9 from what I paid. Expensive for who? Who gave them an authority to profile people and decide, what’s expensive for them and what’s not. Left completely disappointed and annoyed by such an unprofessional and even discriminatory service. Would never recommend.

This location has some of the most unprofessional and rude workers i’ve ever experienced. The manager Brandon is the rudest person and absolutely does not care about his clients. I have a gold membership that i have been paying $30 a month for, only to be told that i had to pay extra for something that is included at any other location i’ve been to. To top it off, today i called and asked nicely if it’s possible for me to come in 5 minutes before close, and the receptionist said she’d ask her manager. I guess she forgot to put me on mute because I heard him say “tell her she can’t because we won’t make any money off of her.” The disrespect. Cancelled my membership and am never looking backEdit: I wanted to add that under my review the owner responded with an email to "discuss my experience". I emailed the email and never got a response from them! What a joke. This company only see's its customers with a $$ over their head.Service: Tanning

Been trying to tan the last two days and they are either opening late or closed due to lack of staff. Why is this salon even open? Do they not pay their staff well enough?! It's rediculous bc this is down the street from me and I can't tan.

Absolutely love this location. Brandon and his team are absolutely awesome! This location is clean, the equipment is new and up-to-date and the staff is fun and friendly. Brandon gave me great advice, I love my tan!
