Yesterday was the worse experience every the store manager Michelle needs to be fired and all of her employees as well . I went their yesterday to exchange my bracelet cause it was to big . I told the lady’s that my husband was at work so I didn’t have the receipt . He explained to me the lady that helped him to the tee . I asked her and explained to her cause she is the one that helped him pick out my charm . She said so fast no she don’t remember and didn’t even look at the bracelet. She ask me for the email and phone number and when it pulled up it only pulled up the charm he bought our daughter. She said that’s not the receipt for that . I said hold on let me call my husband to get the receipt . He sent me a screenshot of the receipt. The sales lady name was on their and it was the lady I was talking to . Her name was on the receipt . The manger and coworkers were whispering and laughing. Worst experience ever . My husband paid with debit and I didn’t have his card cause he was at work and her purchased it . I had the copy of the receipt and she pulled up everything off the receipt that he sent to me . So she gave me a gift card cause I refuse to give them my husband hard work money and how I was treated. I will never go back to this unprofessional store that needs to be closed down . The store manger Michelle don’t even know how to treat a customer and it make since why her employees act the way they did . I wouldn’t never recommend anyone to go to this pandora at the galleria mall . I came to north park mall and got the best experience ever . Their a 10 and above . I will tell everyone that I know to go to north park. Those lady Hilda and Nelly are very professional and both need to be a store manger cause they have the attitude and customer service for it .

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Me and my daughter have visited so many different stores and this was definitely the best. Will love to come back when I visit the DFW area.

This is the second time that I shopped at Pandora Galleria and just like the first time, I’m very disappointed by the way the employees treated their customers at this store. I came on the day before Christmas understanding they were busy but they were absolutely not understaffed because some of them just stood there and doing nothing. I was waiting as the first person in the line for more than 20 minutes.Several people left and nobody called me.After that, an employee just stood inside, didn’t bother to greeting me and just waved his hand. C’mon!! I tried to be quick because I already knew what I wanted but he looked so annoyed like he is forced to be there. I told him I want a ring but I am not sure my ring size and he acted like he ran out of patience with me. I don’t know why I will buy from Pandora after this experience.

SUPER disappointed!!!I’ve been a Pandora customer for many years now, and I love all the pandora jewelry. I’ve been buying at the galleria store for at least 5 years, and there isn’t one time where I come in that the employees don’t look super annoyed.I mean, they’re there to sell right? But they make it seem that you’re doing them a favor by being there!!! Last time I was there (before today) there were 5 employees, 1 was attending to a customer and the other 4 were just there trying to look busy but doing absolutely NOTHING, while I had to wait there waiting for one to approach me with my kid in my arms.I’ve always wanted to leave a review, but decide not to since I love the products but after today I’ve had enough.I bought a charm online, because I thought ok, they’re so rude over there I’m just going to buy it online and pick it up really quick. When I arrived there, with my toddler, there were 2 employees, 1 was tending to a customer and the other was just there by her side. I stood in front of her for like 10 minutes and she didn’t say a word. I finally said “excuse me please I’m here to pick up an order” and she literally looked SO annoyed like I was disturbing her. I said something in Portuguese on the phone with a friend like “these girls here always stare at you and don’t help” and she made sure to give me my item, and say something in Portuguese back to me, as if she was saying “hey I’m Brazilian too I’m understanding what you’re saying”. Well, I’m glad she understood, maybe next time do your job right and you won’t have to listen to things you don’t want.I’m also seeing from the reviews I’m not the only person to have this experience. You guys at Pandora should really deal with this.

Terrible customer service experience.I bought a charm to be picked up at this store (Pandora Galleria Mall) and called to ask to hold the item for 1 additional day, as someone needed to pick it up on my behalf.The guy who picked up the phone said they would do it. The next thing that happened was that my online order was updated and marked as picked up by me. I believe they did this so it does not get returned after 3 days.When the authorized person went to pick up the item they said they needed to pay for it. Honestly, they don't know what they are doing, as it was already paid online, and also someone from the store updated the order as picked up by me the same day I placed the order.I called the store to understand what happened after my request, and after putting me on hold for 10 minutes, they came back to tell me that I needed to contact customer service as it was an online order. Really poor poor serviceIts a pity that this type of service affects Pandora's brandResponse:I really can't believe that your answer is for me to call a customer care number, instead of you guys reaching out to me and trying to make up for the issue. This was the same reason I complained at the beginning, maybe if I sent an email to Alexander Lacik (Pandora CEO) I may get a proper response.

It’s Friday December 22. Imagine coming and trying to shop for a loved one and they are so understaffed that I have been waiting in line for over 55 minutes and no end in sight. This store needs to have more people so we can shop! Utter nonsense

Upon walking into the store, I was not greeted. I went in for a particular item, and the young lady responded with “we don’t have that” please have some professional employees who at least act like they want a job. I will not return to this location.

I came to this location because I needed to exchange my ring that my fiancé gifted me for a smaller size a week after he purchased it. Upon entering the store we were greeted by a man but he was helping another couple so he obviously couldn't help us. After being on the floor for a few minutes an associate decided to lousily help us. I informed her on what I needed and presented my ring (in sale-able condition) and my receipt. Before even opening the receipt, Amy O. ( No. 220414) told us that we couldn't exchange it but she'd do it this time. That didn't make sense to us because it states the exchange policy on the receipt and Pandora allows 30 days. That immediately ruined our shopping experience along with her un-tasteful attitude as if she was doing us a favor. She barely looked for the size ring I needed, informed me they didn't have my size then proceeded to give me the size I asked for. We planned on getting me a charm bracelet and even picked out an adorable rocket charm for it but Amy's attitude and unwillingness to be cheerful made us pass.I ended up calling the mall my fiancé originally purchased from and they were just as surprised when I told them my experience. They were extremely helpful and happy to give me the customer service number. I would rather drive 2.5 hours to get a charm bracelet from a friendly team of Pandora associates than to ever step foot in this location again.

I don’t understand you pandoraWhat kind of people are you hiring to give service to your customers that are coming to your store to buy?!I had to wait for at least 10 minutes while they pretty much ignored me helping other customers when one of them was finally done, she was helping people that came after me, still ignoring me.When she finally came to help me, she looked ANNOYED!! ANNOYED that I’m even there looking at bracelets, ANNOYED that it’s taking me so long to decide which one to get and ANNOYED just from me asking what’s the name of that bracelet and what’s the size of it.Little girl doing a grown up job so ANNOYED from the idea of helping customers on a busy day.My recommendation Pandora…you should close down your stores and just operate online. At least nobody would be rude on a website and cause your business money.

I’m really irritated because I had purchased four items online that upon receiving I decided I didn’t want to keep. I brought them to this store because it says online that I can return products in-store as long as I had the original packaging and shipping / order receipt, which I had. I was told in the store that I could not make a return but had to mail it back via the pre-paid label included in the box, so I assumed I had misunderstood how to return an online order and and sent the products back via the mail. It has been a few days and I’ve yet to receive any updates concerning my package via the tracking info, so I checked the website again to find it definitely says I can return online-purchased products in-store. I’m not sure if I was told I couldn’t return the items based on the in-person’s store retails sales needed for the day or something (I have worked in retail and understand those things do exist) but I’m really annoyed that I was lied to because now I don’t know when I will receive my refund. I’ve been a loyal customer to Pandora for almost a decade and own over a hundred pieces and this is the first time I’ve ever initiated a return and I’m incredibly frustrated at the lack of professionalism at this location. I guess I needed to have a screenshot of the website confirming I can do in-store returns, especially considering the price of the order. I’m not sure why I was lied to or if all three people in the store didn’t know the return policy, but I’m sad this wasn’t taken care of the day I came in. I’m worried my package might have become lost and none of this needed to happen if someone had just helped me when I came in.Edit: Now I’m having to contact Pandora customer support because UPS says they can’t find the package.Tbh I’ve always had great experiences at the Northpark location but only stopped by here due to convenience, maybe I should have made the extra 30 min drive to Northpark or something.

Came in for an exchange because my ring that I have had less than a year has a stone missing. Again it is within the 1 year warranty, and I have gotten a ring replaced in the past. The manager slams my ring on the counter, continues to go back and forth saying she can't help me which is service I have never gotten from pandora ever. She continues making rude remarks then steps around the counter to get in my face then says she's going to call security on me. Other customers were in the store, looking as shocked as I was. I felt threatened and harassed. So I decide to leave the store to deescalate the situation and the last thing she says is "Get the f*** out of my store", thankfully guest services at Galleria have more class and helped me calm down. I recommend going to any other location than this one.

VERY disappointed.First of all, they made us wait in line even thought there were three workers and 0 customers inside. They were too busy chitchatting with one another that they had to made us wait in line outside. After waiting for the workers to finish gossiping, we were finally allowed to go in. Even after we got in, none of them asked us any questions or gave attention, so we had to ask them first to try on a bracelet. Even then non of the workers was willing to help and asked “who let us in”. After waiting for another awkward silence, someone finally helped us.I can’t quote their names because none of them had name tags.Overall very unpleasant experience as someone who works in Gap welcomed and treated us better than Pandora workers.

The store manager (I saw on my receipt, her name is Amy) is really nice!! She has a service mind!! I might not be a big spender, but she takes really good care of me!!! Thank you for valuing customer with the service mind, not with the amount of dollars!! She cleaned my bracelet with all charms, and they look like brand new, shiny and pretty!! I highly recommend this store!! Thank you again and the store manager who made my day!!!

I have been a regular customer for years and have genuinely loved the brand. I have been to many Pandora stores around the world, not only in the US. It has always been a wonderful experience. We came in today wanting to buy a new bracelet and have my old bracelet cleaned. We got in the store for 15 minutes, and no one helped us. There was a guy at the cashier; he was on his phone and refused to even look at me. There were two girls in the back laughing and talking. I walked around looking at the charms and tried to get help. One lady got up, got annoyed, and asked me, "What do you want today". I explained to her that I was looking to buy a new bracelet and needed this old one clean. She immediately told me that they stopped doing cleaning service after 6. I looked at my watch, surprised and told her it was ONLY 6:02, and we had been waiting out here for a while. She kept telling us "no" and told us to leave. I was shocked and asked her how long it would take for a clean-up. She told me it would be an hour. I kindly asked her if I could get that done today since I came all the way here just for Pandora, and it was barely 6:00, and the store close usually closes at 8.I understand that she might be having a bad day but out of 3 salespeople in the store, not one came up to greet and help us. The sales lady was extremely rude and I have never experienced this bad customer service in any store.It is disappointing because Pandora Jewelry is a big brand and customer service is a crucial aspect of this industry. Yet, a sales lady would point fingers at the customer and tell them to leave. Please tell me how this is acceptable.I would highly recommend that Pandora Jewelry management take immediate action to address this situation and ensure that it does not happen again in the future. I would continue to support Pandora, but I will never return to this store. I would make sure my friends and family know this, hope they would never come to this location because NO ONE deserves to be treated like this.It's disappointing to see that a "luxury brand" like Pandora was supposed to provide high-quality products but failed to deliver on such a basic aspect of the customer experience.
