My pizza crust on BOTH my pizzas were burnt. The crust looks and tastes burnt. There was also supposed to be garlic flavor on the crust and it didn't have any. It tasted burnt, dry and as if missing that special garlic flavor from the epic stuffed crust i ordered. This pizza was obviously not checked for quality. Also, on one of the pizzas all the pepperoni toppings were underneath the cheese for some reason and the banana peppers were just thrown in a pile on the pizza and not spread out. Horrible lack of care for quality here and customer experience.Also when I went in there nobody greeted me or acknowledged my presence as if I were invisible. Finally, a lady said, "Are you the guy that ordered all the sides?" She didn't seem rude in how she said it but it would've been nice to been acknowledged sooner so I knew they saw me.

Why don’t y’all just close your doors for good. I pay for dipping sauce and don’t get it. I order 6 cheese sausage and pepperoni and get a regular sausage and pepperoni. Then to top it off the delivery guy doesn’t even speak English.

Only had PJ's one or two times. Decided to try again. Definitely not worth 21 bux. Ordered large garden veggie. Looked like medium. (Thnx inflation) Pizza was cold. Hardly any cheese or veggies. Red sauce is tasteless. Like a frozen pizza outa the freezer. TOTAL BUMMER!

Wings? really? Called the manager politely to let her know the wings they delivered and she could not care less. Definitely will find a different cowboys Sunday meal

Tried to be nice, but this is the second time this location messed up.First time I'd ordered one cheesy bread and one jalepeno cheesy bread for pickup, before I left the parking lot I checked the boxes and there was just two cheesy breads, no jalepenos. Went back, waited for a remake, got my remake for free, didn't make a fuss.This time, ordered two cheesy breads with ranch for delivery, my classmate went to get it for me as I was in the middle of a service and when I get them, no ranch, just tomato sauce. I know it seems small, but I hate marinara, now I just have dry bread for lunch. Please read y'all's tickets thoroughly. Please do better.

I've had issues with orders from this location several times. This last order was delivered to the wrong location then proceeded to take another hour to deliver totaling nearly two hours. My food was cold and they didn't bother to cut my pizza or cheese sticks. This was after having to confirm my address with the store and driver.

Pizza just wasn't that good. Crust sucks. I decided to order Pizza from multiple different places to compare them during the Cowboys game, and everyone voted Papa Johns last. Believe it not Pizza Hut was best out of the main stream budget places. Dominoes was lower mid pack. Grimaldi's ranked high.

All ZERO on this one. Cancelled my order and did not bother to call me. Thank you very much for the customer service THAT IS AFFORDED MOSTLY BY DOORDASH since you guys cannot hire your own drivers these days.

It's papa John's so you get good enough pizza. I just want to add that when you order food from somewhere, whether it fast food, pizza or any other type of restaurant, things happen. It's not always someone's fault, things happen. Please don't be rude to people! Certainly not the ones making you the meal you just ordered cause you chose not to cook a meal yourself. It's a privilege to have this kind of access to food that we do. Just get on an app, place an order and oh, it's all cooked for us. Lots of people order food to go so give people a minute to address the fact that you just walked in expecting your meal all hot and ready to go. And please for the love of god do not whistle at people. It's rude and will, if I'm in the room, have consequences. My appreciation goes out to the man, the employee for handling the rude customer the way he did.
