my sister drove 4 hours with her fiance and her baby to buy a new car for her family. They made arrangements at another dealership that turned out very sketchy but luckily that experience didn't stop them from trying Par Autos who had a similar vehicle with better features and for the same cost. Justin was incredibly upfront and transparent about all of the (minor) issues with the vehicle so they could come to a quick and informed decision and were very happy to drive it 4 hours back home. So far it seems to be driving perfectly and they couldn't be happier and I'm over the Moon that Justin was able to turn the entire trip around by being kind, honest, and of course having the perfect vehicle for them.

RUN. DO NOT BUY HERE. Went to go look at a couple of work trucks; sat down with the finance manager Justin (Despite the owner lying saying he does not work there in previous reviews; he does.) to discuss financing. He did not run any credit before telling us that the APR for there financing was 14% & could not be changed due to it being “federally mandated”. I then brought up financing through my bank instead; Justin then said “Big Banks like BOA & Chase won’t process loans from smaller dealerships on used vehicles” to try to push a 14% interest rate for there shady dealership. Save yourself grief; Go elsewhere.

Not sure what these last 2 boys are talking about But Par Autos is so easy to deal with. I ended up buying 2. Great place to do business and they hooked me up with a commercial warranty for my commercial Van with unlimited mileage. This place is far from Arrogant.
