I scheduled an appointment to have my 10,000 mile service and have them check my car for an warranty issue. That was 5 days ago my service advisor called and stated that they were unable to get my vehicle fixed and that the screen won't turn back on. Im stuck with this electric loaner that is inconvenient for my life style and they have messed up my car potential on purpose for the warranty money. I came from sewell lexus sewell is the best I love my Mercedes but park place Dallas is th worst experience Ive experienced. I only had my vehicle 9 months and they are doing something suspicious with it. lawyers are being called

I have visited many dealerships in the span of 5 months, but Park place Motorcars has been the best so far!Tony Ortega was so great to work with, he not only heard me out but delivered on my requirements. He was patient in answering all my multiple questions and really made sure to make my first car buying experience memorable, quick and a very smooth process. He is very knowledgeable and efficient, highly recommend him for any first buyers out there!

JD Daniels was my amazing salesperson. He made the purchasing process super quick and easy. He even took extra time to walk me through all the controls and features of my C300 before I left. Excellent buying experience!We have been looking for new and used cars and have been to other dealerships that say that there are no mark ups and then find out that there are 'dealership packages' or 'auto group options' that have been added to the cars. We saw a car online, inquired about it, and the sales staff reached out to us immediately. We came to see the car, test drove it and were thrilled to see no mark ups at all. Nothing. Not even a dollar. On top of that, our salesman JD, was VERY courteous throughout the entire process. He answered any question we had and was very helpful. We didn't have to get shuffled from person to person to person and the buying prices didn't take a half day that we have experienced before.Park Place will be the first dealership group that I visit for all of my future purchases!

The service department at Park Place on Lemmon is such a frustrating experience in terms of having to deal with it at all. They assign you to a Serivce Advisor. Let's keep in mind that I've been going there for years and have NEVER had an actual relationship with my Service Advisor. That's fine, I only go once per year (or twice if something comes up), so I'm not interested in a relationship. What I am looking for is getting in and out quickly. Although we schedule appointments to drop off and pick up, I've never had my Service Advisor be ready for me when I arrive. I'm always apologized to and told that my Service Advisor is wrapping up with someone else. The expectation is that I wait until that person is finished. Meanwhile, there are all sorts of other Advisors who aren't with other customers that could easily help me. I believe that since they are on a commission schedule of some kind, someone else helping me potentially poaches someone else's commission. What about the customer experience? Why am I waiting for a specific person (whom I don't know or have any sort of rapport with) when someone else sits there with availability? I love my car and the buying/leasing process has always been easy there (this is my third vehicle from this dealership) but the service rigamaroll is almost not worth it. I would expect a bigger focus on the customer here. It's luxury vehicles with non-luxury service.

This is the 2nd vehicle we have ordered from Jay S. At Park Place. We couldn’t be happier with the process and his partnership. Jay is incredibly efficient, gave great suggestions for configuration, has excellent communication during the ordering/waiting process, senses and responds to the level of detail we want during delivery and is just an overall delight. Exceptional customer service from service advisor Jonathan, kept me updated throughout the whole process. Extremely knowledgeable and quick to answer all of my questions. Quality of work performed on vehicle was wonderful. Will definitely be using Jonathan and his team for any future services my vehicle may require.

Great place buy a vehicle and to do business with. Very professional and accommodating. The dealership is beautiful and the inside lounge is even better. I conducted business with Andrew and he provided a great experience. Stayed in contact throughout the whole process and relayed all information in a timely manner. Don't bother setting an appointment with the service center, I set up one up and have had my sprinter there almost a month and no one has even looked at it yet. World class service???? More like 3rd world class service

My experience with Park Place Mercedes dealership was nothing short of disappointing. I had to call them several times spoke with Bethany , jose and another advisor to get updates on the status of my vehicle, Bethany said if I wanted immediate answers I needed to come up to dealership and wait, hope was helpful but still no update. I spoke with the manager and he was not solution driven on my vehicle. It's baffling that a dealership of this caliber lacks intuitive service to assist with a loaner car, even after I spoke to the manager.The real frustration began when I inquired about the damage to my car. The technician's information was about as clear as mud, and the service manager seemed put out by my legitimate questions. Initially, I was quoted $1,300 for the repairs, but after the service, the bill suddenly ballooned to a staggering $9,000 with a recommendation of I could not drive it due to additional repair's needed. This sort of ambiguity and lack of transparency is completely unacceptable.All in all, my experience with Park Place Mercedes left me thoroughly disappointed and questioning their commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a hassle-free, honest, and accommodating experience.They did not live up to their mission statement presented :At Park Place, we're driven by the world's finest automotive brands. Eric Johnson was awesome! My car was a special order, took a while to come in. He was extremely communicative through the entire process which I appreciate! Even when there was nothing to report he kept me in the loop. I would recommend him 100% as it felt like working with a friend rather than a sales person. I felt like he was on my agenda not his own. Eric is top notch! I love my car!!!

I had a great experience with your dealership from the first phone call and even after the sale. We had few things that JD had taken care for me! JD was honest and upfront and everything that he promised he delivered! I wanted to thank the service department as well for all the work on my 2018 Sprinter 2500 Van before I purchased, and that was high standards for any vehicle that I ever purchased anywhere else! 5 star service +!

This place is a JOKE. Clarify-The service department is a JOKE. Each encounter with these people has been far worse each time. I just called to schedule an appointment and the guy is rude and knew NOTHING! Why is he answering the phone and can't provide customers with service? How are you unpleasant at 9AM? I hate hate hate I have to take my car into the location. When asked if I could be provided with an estimate of how long I needed to leave my car, his response "who knows?" what kind of mess is that. Train better employees.
