The Ironclad Guarantee is ironclad. The manager at this location was extraordinarily helpful in resolving some trouble I had with a pair of Baggies. A great experience!

Great brand, but awful customer service. Was asking questions about the repair service & it seemed like I either interrupted a work conversation or a meeting at the register. While I was asking questions, my husband noticed that the lady was looking at me as if I was bothering them by asking a question. I would’ve bought something, but this location made my husband & I uncomfortable & if I didn’t know any better I’d assume it’s because we are African Americans.

In Dallas overnight for a concert at the Majestic, my wife kindly offered to shop for a snap buttoned shirt at Patagonia - for Father’s Day - I have trouble with buttons.
I THINK 4 young women there were working - but not one offered to help. And had definite, “work is beneath me” vibe when I asked for help.
Found a nice shirt though.

I bought a backpack here in December ‘23. I’ve been homeless for five months now and it only has a bit of peeling on the water resistant layer. Pleasantly surprised by the quality.

Upon arrival I felt very welcomed, I was greeted and asked if I needed any help. The gentleman that was working on 3/18/2024 was very helpful. I went in looking to replace my nano puff jacket I wore only 2-3 times before tearing it… I didn’t see the same color (sequoia red) in stock. He told me about the warranty and options that were offered. I was surprised how willing he was to help and not try to sell me on another jacket. I will be back with the jacket and claim the warranty but not just that I will also purchase and add more Patagonia to my closet! I’m from NY and grew up on The North Face but the experience I had in this store will have me coming back for sure!!

Great staff/store!! I bought a vest w/ my best friend at the end of last year and got a nano jacket recently. I was very frustrated at myself because I didn't get the right vest size as I preferred the jacket size more fit.. I'm super grateful for the staff to solve my problem as I am a super picky person.Thank you!!
