This place is a TOTAL FRAUD. Lydia wasn’t able to get DNA results so she said we could either do it again or i could get a refund i asked for a refund. It’s been ONE YEAR now, and i still don’t receive my refund!!!! Every time i call and call it’s an excuse at first it was because of the pandemic and everything being closed and now that everything is opened back up she brings more excuses. Im sure she has done this to multiple people, i know I’m not the only one! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!! you NEVER told me i wouldn’t receive me refund, in fact you told me “Mr. Reedy don’t worry you will receive your money” you told me that time after time every single time i would call to check what was going on. And now you won’t return my calls or answer my calls. Therefore I’m very upset this place is total fraud.

This place is the worst. DO NOT TRUST. They gave the wrong results TWICE. I had to get a court order test to prove the correct outcome. Save yourself money and headache. Go to the Attourney General office it is free and legit. If you have had the same problem with this company please contact me on Facebook. #classactionLydia just called me threatening me. Telling me that I was harrasing her and that I better watch out. That I don’t know who I messing with.

Im in a real complicated situation and previously found out that the man who had been naming himself as my father isn't... Until Paternity Direct was able to help me!!! They did a siblings test and now i know the Truth!! It was fast and I'm at ease because i now know!! Mrs. Lydia was very very helpful to both me and my brother who was tested to see if we were in fact related by the same father and we are!! Got tested Friday and got results the following Tuesday!! That's swiftly to me!! Thanks for all the informative information!! Ill definitely send anyone whose ever in need of answers!! GOD SPEED

This place is a total fraud. Took a paternity test it came back negative. Asked Lidia if there could be a mistake, she said they are 99.99 percent accurate and that it was impossible for there to be a mistake. I got a court ordered paternity test done through the Attourney General and it came back POSITIVE.

Came to the hospital right after I called to schedule a last minute dna test. Needed one for my twin baby girls dad reassurance! Lydia is very respectful and very informative. And she is mobile! thank you soo much for being their at the last minute! Expecting my results by friday?

I absolutely recommend Paternity Direct for DNA testing. I did not find out about my paternity until years after my parents were deceased. Paternity Direct was not only professional but sensitive and compassionate to my unique situation. I recommend anyone needing DNA testing to trust Paternity Direct for accurate, timely and cost effective results. Lydia is the best!
