My medical practice recently changed labs to PathAdvantage. Turnaround times are significantly better, pathologists readily available and knowledgeable, and their responsiveness to any questions or issues has been excellent. Highly recommend.

I just recently used this company for my labs and it was an absolutely great experience. The staff was excellent and able to answer any questions that I had. They are also fast and efficient!

Donna in the Public department is very rude and unprofessional. She is unwilling to let us speak to someone else and shows a tone of condescension when speaking to others.

This place should be called Take Advantage... not Path Advantage. My doctor said she was going to run a "few tests" and then I get hit with a $700 bill 4 months later that was due in 10 days. I told them I can't pay this as I am a literal college student and was aggressively told that I must and there was no other option except a payment plan (this happened when the job market was bad from the virus as well). I was offered an application for financial aid ONLY AFTER I had my doctor's office (and they were shocked too) to call them to complain and was on a conference call with them. Yes, I had been calling them stating there was no way I could pay and was not offered anything of the sort. When I called to pay the 2nd half of my bill a month later, the discount was never even applied and the rep had absolutely no idea what I was talking about. Thankfully, I had written down the exact amount I would be paying and read the response email and the rep applied the discount. Their system obviously has something wrong with it due to the predatory nature and that complaints/concerns seem to fall on deaf ears.UPDATE: Someone reached out to me the day after I posted this review and seemed apologetic (I forgot her name!). Said she would try and refund me because of the situation and that she would call me back regardless of what ended up happening (whether management said yes/no to a refund or if they had any commentary about the situation). Guess what! NEVER HAPPENED. NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. So honestly, just avoid using Path Advantage... just use another lab with a better administration.

Path Advantage is a wonderful lab, always quick with results. The reports look amazing, very easy to read with abnormal results clearly indicated. Would highly recommend.

Great LOCAL Laboratory! Love the 24 hour turn around time on reports. Love being able to talk to a real people who ANSWER the phone and actually help you! ALL around great LAB and would recommend to anyone looking for accuracy and immediate results.

Our practice has utilized Path Advantage for several years. The team is very responsive and provides great service. The quality of the reporting and pathologist accessibility is excellent. Patient billing issues are handled courteously and professionally and there are virtually NO issues with supply accessibility or the courier service.

We have worked with Path Advantage as our sole in-clinic lab for years. Our phlebotomist, Rebecca, is top-notch. She is a dedicated specialist in her field. Our patients and staff LOVE her. Working with Rob Roxanne, and the team at headquarters has always been easy. If we've needed Rob, he's always there, takes care of any issues we might have and is extremely knowledgeable in regards to his line of work. The staff in billing are kind and very efficient in resolving problems. Path Advantage is a step above all other labs out there.

A person answers the phone every time. Rob is responsive to any issues, but is rarely needed. They are polite and efficient. Results come back promptly (usually the next day). I switched to a physician owned lab to add income to my bottom line and regretted it. I'm now back with Path Advantage with no intention of changing again.

We have had a great relationship with PathAdvantage for decades. All employees involved with this lab are very helpful. We send most of our pathology to them and we are very happy with the results.

I work for a provider’s office and my personal OB/Gyn uses Path Advantage. So I have seen their company from both sides. I cannot praise them enough. They are always prompt and helpful, they go above and beyond. For the reviewer that complained about how their testing was billed, your diagnosis codes come from your doctor’s office, not the lab. I can assure you that I have seen good labs and bad labs. PathAdvantage just happens to be the best lab!
