There’s a man there in particular who works there and is rude like to belittle women and try to cheat them out of a service . He’ll say he did it and didn’t and then when you come back will curse you out and say he can’t help you ! He is a disgusting human in the way he acts . Do better!

Do NOT COME HERE! Not only do they suggest stuff you DON’T need they also get upset if they mess something up and need to fix it. The big dude was so rude, he was stating i had an attitude but when you take your car in expecting them take care of it and they only create a problem how else would you expect someone to react. It’s sad because i have been coming here since 2017 but it goes to show they only care about making money off of people and not really helping. Just be careful who you trust with your car.

I went for an oil change, the workers were disrespectful and rude. All the employees had an attitude and when I proceeded to talk to the boss about it, he ran me off. Would not advise anyone to come here. Reading previous reviews, they do anything to scam.

One of the Techs knew I had an oil leak and told the manager, he simply replied “oh well that’s more money for us” don’t come here they took my money and didn’t even bother telling me about the leak.

I went in for an oil change at the beginning of a road trip bringing my own oil filter with me. They asked me which oil I wanted and I told them the full synthetics since I'm going to be on the road. Come to find out that simply 3 quarts of oil and labor was $80. Completely and absolutely extraordinarily overpriced. Upon this absurd price tag, they were so generous and gave me a $5 discount.... Mind you, there was nothing even remotely full service about this. No fluid checks beyond the washer fluid, no tire checks, literally drain oil. Add new oil. Replace filterTo add to this I went ahead and called the number at the bottom of my receipt and was met with somebody who is less than understanding other than simply reminding me that everyone else charges this much, but could little to explain the math, beyond asking for a photo of my receipt. Honestly, I expected a corporate number, not some franchisee answering the phone on a Monday afternoon. I asked for a $20 discount to the point where would actually be fair and mathematically align to their $25 labor charge and $35 worth of oil, the franchisee refused. So here we areDo yourself a favor and avoid these shoddy tactics. It's been a while since I've used a quick lube shop, and this only validates why? I do absolutely all my own work because of dishonest and shoddy management..

I arrived at 1049 for an oil change and wiper replacement on my company work vehicle. There was a car in bay 1 getting brakes replaced and my truck was in bay 3; no other customers at this time. At 1145, when my vehicle was completed the service tech that was working on my wipers asked me to step over to the counter to get checked out. He could not or did not know how to check me out with my fleet card. The manager came by and started working on checking me out. I patiently and quietly stood there. Another customer came up to the window to check on his vehicle’s brake job so I let him go pass me because I was just waiting. I stepped outside to give him privacy. When I returned back inside to ask if there was anything I needed to sign, the manager told me to stop rushing him and if I were in a hurry I should’ve come at a different time. My reply to him was; I just asked you one question. He kept yelling at me in front of all of his employees and customers berating me and accusing me of “rushing him”. I will no longer do any business with this location.
