WORST NIGHTMARE EVER. DONT USE THEM. THEY OVERCHARGED ME 3 TIMES. MERRY GO ROUND WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE TO FIX THE PROBLEM THEY CREATED. STILL ON HOLD AND READY TO GET A LAWYER IF THIS ISNT FIXED ASAP.

Terrible. Showed up to 7AM pick up, truck was not ready. Finally after a long day of packing truck and loading my car on the car port, one of the straps were broken. No empathy or help. I felt stranded and abandoned. Never again will I use Penske.

One star is being generous. I had a confirmed reservation several days in advance for a cargo van, which is what I specifically needed vs. a larger truck. I got a call the day before saying they didn't have any cargo vans in the D/FW area and there wasn't anything they could do about it. What's the point of allowing reservations and keeping the vans open as an option if you know that you can't honor a confirmed reservation?!? It put me in a bad position and I had to scramble to find another alternative and waste a bunch of time that I really didn't have for this yesterday. I've used Penske several times in the past and they've now lost my business... and hopefully that of anyone reading this. ZERO STARS.

Reserved a truck nearly a week in advance. When the day came to pick it up, they weren't sure where it was at and couldn't tell me how long the wait would be.

Sevice was fine but for it to take 3 weeks to get my deposit back is absolutely ridiculous. Btw they mailed out a check after many trips back to Home Depot & way too many 20-30 min phone calls to cust serv.

Might as well of had a gun to my head and robbed me?! Worst move experience of my life. Whole house move, chased the guys around getting them off cell phones, hid in the moving trucks talking and visiting, chased them out of bathrooms, they dropped countless boxes, broke things like LG washer and dryer, antiques treated like garbage, threw things into the middle of the truck, took way to long to do the simplest of things just laid waste to 2600sq ft of personal items. HERE IS THE WORST........................ the moving company doesn't care, they want your money period, even if on the unload you are spending more time unloading a truck not loaded properly. They just don't care at all period! I've asked for a refund or I'm contacting the attorney generals office and filing deceptive trade! They seem to want to lead you on and just not address the issue at all. They will not offer a refund because they had to pay the movers who are contract and they don't want to be out of pocket! You get 14 days to uncover as much damages as you can find and file with their insurance!? 14 days who can unpack an entire home in 14 days and take pictures cataloging all the damages while fighting for a refund!? They ask stupid questions like did you provide them with rope and blankets THE ANSWER IS YES! The real issue is they use the worst labor who don't know the first thing about loading a moving van! The load moves everywhere while you chase their children around like herding cats and attempting to get them to do the simplest of things! Using them in Colorado to help with your move avoid them at all cost! Texas unloading seemed to go fine but we got lucky on this end. DO NOT USE THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT! Use junkies your be happier with the results!
