My son brought his car to this location for an alignment service that was prepaid with warranty offer. Randolph M . Basically told me that unless my son agreed to new tires, struts etc. he would not align his car. Horrible customer service and a waste of my son’s time. We will definitely not go back to that location. The warranty plan is a ripoff!!!

Mr. Moore, was very helpful. I was so clueless and overwhelmed. He was able to talk me through everything and explained to me exactly what was going on with my car. His assistance made everything clear for me to understand. He went above and beyond in making sure my vehicle was service correctly. I am very grateful that Pep Boys came through for me. Thank you!

I buy my tires at pep boys on Buckner store the guy was so nice and friendly and the make very good deal but he forgot to put new valve on each tire so i went to the store they have on north central expressway but the guy there is so rude and they want to charge 20 for each tire so I went back to the Buckner store an Randolph the GM STORE took care everything with no charge and very good service all the GUYS there were so nice at Buckner store I recommend 100% pep boys and said thanks so much because we always look for something good and nice thanks again Randolph and all team....

Gilbert and Randolf were absolutely fantastic!! They did everything they could to make our experience as smooth as possible while also keeping us informed and doing a fantastic job with the repairs. Best experience I’ve ever had with getting car repairs, by far. 15/10 would recommend this location to everyone!

Exceptional service from Randolph. He set realistic expectations for the repair timeline and was transparent about the entire process. I highly recommend giving Pep boys a call.
I needed my brakes and rotors replaced. They were quick and friendly.

staff is very nice. Though there was some confusion with the mislabeling of a tire I bought had me driving for an extra hour to get the correct tire. Over all I decided to have my tires installed from this same store and came to find out I need to replace my rear brake drums. 300$ is the price to have new drum brake kit installed. I will do that my self lol.

Dear Pep Boys Customer Service,
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Buckner location. As a loyal Pep Boys customer for years, I have never encountered such an appalling level of service, and I feel compelled to share my experience in the hopes that no other customer has to endure what I did.
**Firstly, the service was excruciatingly slow.** Despite being the only car on site, my issue remained unresolved after a staggering six hours. This inefficiency forced me to take an additional day off work, just to speak with management in the hopes of resolving my issue. This is completely unacceptable.
**Secondly, the professionalism of your agents was severely lacking.** They were misleading in their diagnostics and pricing, which only added to my frustration. After spending $1000 on repairs, I expected transparency and honesty, neither of which were provided. Not hearing about a lawsuit they recently won because of a customers mistake when they originally performed lousy service.
This experience has severely damaged my trust in Pep Boys. I am committed to sharing my story and completing as many surveys as necessary to ensure that no other customer has to suffer a similar fate. I urge you to address these issues promptly and thoroughly to restore the faith of your loyal customers.
