I’ve boarded my dog at other places many times before and I have to admit that despite the camera access and the friendly staff, I will not be boarding my dog here again. I’ve left him here twice and both times he’s come back with kennel cough. This has never happened after leaving him anywhere else. My dog is 100% healthy, never had any issues until he was boarded here. There has to be something wrong here. Not only that, but my sister’s dog and mine have come back BOTH times with kennel cough. On top of the fees paid for boarding, I’ve had to come out of pocket a significant amount in VCA bills on exams and medications to figure out what the matter was with my baby boy. I work hard for my money to be able to board my dog and it’s an ill feeling going through this feeling like I’ve thrown away money unnecessarily. It sucks bc it’s convenient to Love Field airport, but my convenience is NOT worth my dog’s health to bring him back. Something needs to be fixed or looked into. I rarely leave reviews like this but had to raise this issue.

Since I don't see where to reply, I will add my comment here;
First, thanks for your kind wishes. Second, I am fully aware and educated on what Bordetella is, but thank you for the lengthy explanation. Third, my dog is always at home and not at environments or situations you mentioned, so that is why I raised the issue. Once, I understand, twice is a concern. It's also a huge coincidence that two dogs from our family experienced this. Finally, phone calls don't work for everyone and not sure how you could have helped, but I truly appreciate your response, concern and warm wishes for our pups. Thank you.

Been coming here for years and likely will never go anywhere else! The staff is above and beyond and my dog absolutely loves coming here to play with her friends. It provides a great peace of mind knowing my dog is having fun and being treated well when I am out of town!

I’ve been boarding my (very) energetic Black Labrador here for about a year now. I can’t say enough good things about the place. The staff is incredibly friendly, and my little guy always comes back happy, clean, and well-fed. You won’t find a better return on a reasonable price anywhere.

We used All American Pet Resorts for the first time this week for a 5 day vacation. Our dog doesn’t typically stay at boarding, so we were looking for a good fit. Tommy did a fantastic job answering all of my questions, giving me the right information and doing a birthday photo shoot for our dog during her stay as it was him that noticed on the day we were dropping her off that it was her birthday. SO AMAZING. All American was great and Tommy was such a great help. Would absolutely recommend.

They yell at their dogs all day, like shut up you stupid dogs all day long, and it is not a good treatment or behavior from there management,

I have been bringing my dogs to Pet Resort Dallas for many years and wouldn’t take them anywhere else!
The service and staff are top notch as well as friendly and professional.
Staff is present 24/7 and the resort is always clean.
You can rest assure your dogs will be well cared for!!

We LOVE All American Pet Resort! Our dog, Booker, regularly visits for daycare and boarding. The staff is absolutely amazing! They take such incredible care of our boy. I cannot recommend them enough!

When my neighbor passed away last summer, I had to board her sweet Loka while I was traveling. After numerous attempts to get him adopted, I ended up bringing Lokai home with me. During his three week stay, Meredith, Taylor and the entire staff worked tirelessly to help Lokai to adjust from a very stressful event. Now 10 months later, Lokai is completely a different dog - he's happy and adjusted well in our home. Lokai also is a regular visitor at the resort now and has the best time every time! I can't thank All American Pet Resort enough for the great care. Yes Lokai belongs to both our family and the resort! Look at the before and after pics!

I can’t say enough great things about boarding my dogs here. My dogs are far from easy and they are always handled with such love and care. The staff goes out of their way to send me updates as I’m an extremely nervous mother. Tay has consistently found time to send me pictures and videos regularly. And let’s me know when they are going outside to play so I can check the cameras and watch. They have provided the best experience I have had or could want leaving my dogs somewhere.

I no longer have my dog, Murphy, but he grew up spending many years at Pet Resort. He loved it there, we felt 100% comfortable with him being there, and I miss being able to take him there?. I am now recommending Pet Resort to friends who are looking for future boarding for their new dog. It feels great to be able to do so with ZERO hesitation!

All American Pet Resort Dallas is by far one of the best daycare and boarding kennels in the area! My dogs love going there. We have three big labradors and they’re able to accommodate them to be in the same suite which is awesome because they love being together and they love playing with their friends when they’re there! I’m so happy I found all American Pet Resort Dallas And their amazing staff!!

My dog starts wagging her tail in the car when we drive up to All American Pet Resorts. She looks happy and relaxed when we pick her up after boarding and grooming. The staff are kind to her and give her lots of attention. They are nice to us too!
