I've been to so many pet supplies. Been greeted enjoyed my visit. This is the one place that I was shocked on how I was treated. Walked up to the register with my things. Some girl came from an office slid. My things across the counter didn't greet me. Didn't even give me eye. Contact gave me a total and I could like it was a bother for her to do her job. I'll travel to white club or I'll travel down off of Greenville but this pet supply. I will never go back to. Rude customer service

Beautifully clean and organized store , met a worker named Mario who was stalking the supply’s and was a great help when I had questions, Would come again!!!

It’s a pet food store. It’s clean. They have pet food. Nothing great but nothing bad. Just your average store.
Wish they were more engaging here but it’s just a pet food store.

I take my dog to give her a bath every month This place is amazing the employee they are so nice and kind and I really like it and the place where you take Dog bath is very clean and neat.

Went in for crickets asked as I walked in so I wouldn’t have to wait , manager came by guess it looked like more than I asked for put them back and started to count the 12 cent crickets just felt ugh after said never mind and left poor service everything you buy there is expensive and for them to be worried about some crickets and wasting my time over another employees mistake just annoyed me
