Customer service is usually good. Prices are reasonable, and I won't shop at rude Tom Thumb. I've had to many gateway issues trying to log on to Pet Supplies Plus website. Today, corporations have sacrificed their ability to communicate with the customer leaving many people with negative and inclusive emotions. The corporation today wants everything placed neatly inside a box. In my opinion, they do not want to answer questions and they only expect nice feedback for corporate mediocrity and bad customer service. Pet Supplies Plus is on a respectable path, while others are headed down into the crapper! I do get confused sometimes?

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I take my dogs there to give them baths. The self service dog bath area is very convenient and well stocked with shampoos, conditioners, air dryers, and towels.

So, I went in to the 14092 Preston Rd store in N. Dallas, looking for some cat food for my cats. We’ve rescued a LOT!! I met Emily there, a very pleasant and professional staff member, and asked her about a better brand of food for my cats.
Well, Emily is so knowledgeable, she even remembered me from my last visit!
She even remembered the type of food my cats like!!
After talking to Emily, I bought a large bags of the store brand, Mittins, AND, 4 large cans of their turkey and cheese bits for my cats!!
I was very happy to learn from Emily that the Pet Supply brand, Mittins, is actually better than the famous brand I was buying AND, ITS CHEAPER!!
Way to go Emily!! Not only did you represent your store well but, you made a Mittins buyer out of me!!!
To the management of the Preston Store: Emily, if not in a leadership position, needs to be!! If in a leadership position, needs to be in the next higher position!!
As a former combat veteran AND, Staff Sergeant AND, small business owner, I know leaders when I see them!!
Emily is not only a leader, she is a good one!!

Good stores and convenient locations. There’s a good rewards program, but when I wanted to try to use some rewards in-store, I suppose I was misunderstood and that didn’t happen the last two times, and now most of my points have expired.

TLDR: Assortment of products for a variety of staff and super helpful and friendly staff. 10/10
I wish I lived closer, because I would solely shop here! They were so helpful when there was a mix up, not to mention I was there 7 minutes after they opened.
