DO NOT GET YOUR DOG GROOMED HERE! They CUT my dog and had to take him to vet to get glued up. When I dropped my dog off and interacted with the person who was going to cut my dogs hair. I felt very uneasy. She seemed very unknowledgeable and uneasy with cutting my dogs hair. (He’s a 11lb toy poodle). I should have walked out right there and then. Always follow your gut. I even called my mom right after I dropped him off saying this groomer made me feel very uneasy. And so be, she cut my dog bad enough to having to take him to the vet to get glued up. Then they proceeded to call me saying it was a “small cut”. A small cut would NOT require their dog to get glued. WILL NEVER BE COMING HERE AGAIN.

HORRIBLE GROOMING - DO NOT GO HERR! The groomers abuse the dogs, are horrible to customers, and should be shut down!
Everyone in the staff is so lazy, the dogs are brutally abused and the groomers have no experience. I am contacting the state department for an inspection this place is awful to animals please avoid!

Ordering 2 time's online for sameday delivery is not sameday delivery. Both time's they failed to deliver my items the sameday. (No communication what so ever) on their end to let me know my order would not be delivered until the next day. No phone call that would have only taken less than 1 minutes to make to me or a simple email. This is bad business and absolutely horrible communication from Petco. Being this is how Petco does business with online orders... I will take my business over to Pet Supplies Plus. This should have been fixed the first time I called and complained about my order not showing up the same day as it was supposed to. All they say is. Oh I'm sorry. I understand your frustration. Here let me credit your account with $5.00. SERIOUSLY? Explain to my cat and dog why they have not had their food yesterday evening and this morning. Its a SIMPLE FIX PETCO. COMMUNICATE with the paying customer so the customer can make a decision to cancel the order and go elsewhere or to wait it out until the next day. Unprofessional all the way around.
BAD BUSINESS PETCO.

the self bath area is a bummer. i could not even dry my dog with their dryers. i would not have gotten my dog wet to begin with. the water pressure was a light garden hose. i have been to atleast 15 throughout Texas. first petco, and the last place self bath area in my 2 years of bathing my own dog. i only expect a minimum, but not the very bare in an obvious new location ! will not return !

The girls were rude when talking to me about my dog, they had no patience, I bought a nice trio, Royal Canin croquettes, they groomed my dog twice and the third time they made me pay before seeing how my dog turned out.
Little dog, they didn't do anything to him that's why they made me pay before, a Shitzuh is not aggressive.

After bringing our Shih Tzu for over a month here, I had a very disappointing experience with Petco’s grooming services. We took our Shih Tzu in for grooming, and despite never having any issues with aggression at other groomers (or even when we groom him ourselves), they refused to groom him, claiming he was “aggressive.” This made no sense, as he is always calm and easy to handle.
To make matters worse, they made us pay for the full grooming upfront before even seeing our dog! When we tried to address this issue with the manager, she walked away instead of discussing it with us. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and clearly lacked the patience or skill to handle dogs properly. I will never be using Petco’s grooming services again. Terrible customer service and a waste of my money.

I was charged $100 for a bath for my dog. She really stinks and Petco did a rush job on her bath. She was not brushed out. I paid EXTRA for teeth cleaning and nail cutting. NEITHER was done. I want a REFUND.

We have been taking our dog here for a year and a half. As a matter of fact, he was here less than a month ago for grooming. We decided to bring both of our pups for grooming and scheduled an appointment at 9am
By 9:05 the doors were closed. My girlfriend was told by a woman employee from the groomers that she should have pried the doors open herself at opening. When she took the dogs to get checked in, the woman went on to grab one of the dogs without any sort of introduction and he growled. She immediately said she would not work with him. We canceled the other appointment because any short fused and rude employee that acts like that in front of us is bound to be worse to pets behind close door. We set them up for grooming at Odyssey without issues or complaints on any behavior.

I brought my dogs for grooming. I have brought them here before for the past year and a half. The woman checking us in for the appointment went to grab one of the dogs without warning or introduction obviously he growls. He doesn’t know her. She didn’t even give him the warning that she was going to touch him or approach him slowly. I got an immediate. “ I’m not doing him.” So I canceled the others appointment, obviously this woman doesn’t know what the hell shes doing. Never returning again here. i had them set at Odyssey across the street without any issues or complaints.
Also, I had shown to Petco by 9am opening time. It was five minutes with the door closed and cracked for employees. the same employee from grooming went told me to just open the door myself to just slide it open. Like she was annoyed i didnt just manually open the close door as a costumer.
