I have been taking my baby dog to this place for some time and for me it is a 5-star service. I highly recommend Yadira. After going to many places with her, I found what I was looking for. I am happy when she bathes and trims my princess. I always choose Yadira, at my last appointment she printed this beautiful photo that I gave with the receipt and I loved the details that make the difference 😍

I wanted to take a moment to express how thoroughly impressed I was with my visit today. I recently moved to the area, and was able to schedule a same-day grooming appointment for my Goldendoodle, JoJo, just two hours before the appointment. From the moment I walked into your salon, I felt welcomed and taken care of.
Yadira greeted me warmly, was very professional, and made sure all the proper procedures were followed during check-in. As a new customer, I truly appreciated her attention to detail and friendliness.
When I returned to pick up JoJo, Ricardo introduced himself and took the time to go over JoJo's behavior and the details of the grooming. His thorough explanation and genuine interest in JoJo’s well-being were much appreciated. Ricardo also took the time to thank me for my business and expressed interest in continuing to work with JoJo moving forward, which truly stood out to me as a rare example of excellent customer service.
Given the exceptional care and attention I received today, I will definitely be returning to this location for future appointments and scheduling JoJo’s grooming with Ricardo. Customer service like his is hard to come by, and I want to make sure it’s recognized.

Blonde cashier lady was extremely rude. Everything she said was done so (over the top) sarcastically. Then Belittling and harassing customers to “consider donating next time”. I’m all for charity and I contribute whenever I can, but don’t try to make me feel bad for passing one donation request. Please straighten her up.

The Best PetSmart Experience Ever!
I had the most amazing experience at PetSmart, thanks to the incredible team led by General Manager Tori. She was so sweet and welcoming, greeting my son and I warmly and personally, walking us to the pets section while explaining their various services.
Heather, the pet expert, helped us choose the perfect fish and the items we needed—her knowledge was truly impressive! She even had another store call her for advice while she was helping us!
Lexi, the assistant manager, was so kind and made checkout a breeze while training a new associate. She even helped us get set up on their app.
Then George went above and beyond by helping me get everything to my car, which was especially appreciated as I’m in a wheelchair. This is hands down the best PetSmart I've ever been to. Highly recommend visiting this location for exceptional service!

I just stopped by to pick up a couple of items for my girlfriend’s dog and I had one of the worst customer service experiences. I asked an associate where the flea collars were because I could not find them on my own down the collar isle. The associate pointed me in the direction of shampoo and said to “turn around” and they should be there. Went back, nothing. So I went back to the associate and told them I couldn’t find them but they never offered to show me physically where they were. I figured they were out so then I proceeded to the check out line in which I asked the associate behind the counter if they knew where the flea collars were in which they responded “we have them locked up” and proceeded to grab one for me. Never asked what brand I needed or what price range and scanned the most expensive brand w/o even offering other options. Mind you, this is my girlfriend’s dog. I personally do not own any pets, therefore I am a bit ignorant to some of the facts and details about shopping for pets that’s why I stopped into an experts store thinking that I would get expert service but unfortunately, I do not receive that. Not that it matters but I’ll probably never make my way back to this store again.

It’s always a pleasure to bring my pomeranian and mini golden doodle to Stephanie. She always does exactly what I ask for making sure I leave the salon with complete satisfaction! I love her work!

My cat got groomed and I’m terribly sad! Worst results I’ve ever had so much for professional grooming. Yadira I’m pretty sure cut my cat. This is what I got for $93 bucks. So glad they declined my second cat cause two walking around like this would be terrible. 😭

I love the veterinarian clinic Banfield here! Super easy to book and they confirm with you. Very kind staff. Thank you to the very helpful staff for making sure my Boston terrier was good to fly as a carry-on! Very appreciated.

So first let me say this review is for one person who works at the store and not the store itself.
I went into the store recently to grab a few things. I was asked if I'd like to donate canned cat food to the cats. I told the cashier I didn't know how that worked and she said each can was $.80 or something so I said sure I'd donate a couple of cans. She says "great! now they can eat dinner tonight and not starve." She took the two cans and tossed them rather roughly into a box about 10 feet from her. I was at a loss. Did I not donate enough? I felt awful! Were they really going to starve because I didn't donate enough? Of course not. But did she insinuate? Yes. Rude. Blonde chick. Kind of chunky. Rude. Very rude.
I go in there a lot and I have spent a ton of money in that store. I've always had a very pleasant experience up until this day.
