I got my dog groomed here on Sunday with Kloe. After an hour, Kloe called saying he was ready to be picked up. Kloe failed to mention that during the appointment, she cut my dog’s eyeball. After I picked my dog up, I noticed he was not opening his eye. I took him to the emergency vet, and they confirmed his eye had a deep cut. He also has a gash above his eye. He now could lose full vision or his eye. Do NOT trust your pet with Kloe. Kloe was careless and has zero integrity to not even mention what happened.

I had been taking my dog to this salon for 2 years, however, I do not think we will be returning to this location. In December, I had an appointment at 7am. First appointment of the day. I get to the salon, lights are still off and I see no one. I ring the salon doorbell, twice. Wait for 5 minutes and figured maybe I got the time wrong.. I check my appointment time. The time was correct. This was when it was 40 degrees out and windy. It was pointless for me to call the grooming salon number as no one was in there. I leave then get a call 2 hours later saying, "You missed your appointment." I explained to them that I didn't. Whoever was opening the grooming salon was late. I didn't get an apology. Instead, I was asked to come in again. I re-iterated that no one was there when I went in and still, no apology was made. Instead the unknown groomer that picked up the phone, referred to me as, "The one who missed her appointment this morning". I figure I was speaking to the individual who was late and pinned the blame on me, rather than taking accountability. I'm familiar with how the PetSmart grooming works, as I used to be a dog bather for the company. I know sometimes they have to work in a team on the dogs. After this phone call, I did not feel comfortable leaving my dog there knowing that one of the groomers avoids taking accountability.
On the other hand, Karla is a great groomer. She has always done great work on my dog and is very sweet.
However, not getting apology because of this late, unknown, groomer to try to make the "missed appointment" as my fault is disappointing and completely unprofessional.
My dog now gets groomed with *Dallas Mobile Pet Spaw*. They make sure I'm happy with the results and communicate extremely well. If they need to make slight tweaks after the groom, they will. Because they care about customer service.

Sebastian is an incredible groomer. My parents have taken both of their standard poodles to him for years and told me how great he is! I used him for the first time with my standard poodle today and he did a wonderful job!

My gf bought food for this place and it was expired. It seems like they need to be a little more organized because there are boxes everywhere. However, they have a lot of stuff on sale and that’s great!

Expect No Consideration. Today, I experienced a disappointing encounter at a store location where I was refused boarding services despite providing the same vaccination records annually for the past decade. The expiration date, highlighted at the bottom of the form with the vet's signature, and the medication lot number expiration date were both clearly indicated. Unfortunately, neither Kenna at the desk nor the inexperienced floor manager Breana could interpret the form accurately. Despite leaving the premises visibly upset, I maintained composure. However, Breanna added insult to injury with a snarky comment, while both employees giggled as I departed. It seems that amusement at the expense of customers is acceptable practice at this store.

Zombie apocalypse. Young fellow who checked me out could not be bothered to put his phone down or take his earbuds out. Never made eye contact. Never spoke a word. But when it came time for me to pay he pointed like a two-year-old at the total on the screen. Didn't even hand me the bag of purchases. So when I took the bag from the countertop and asked for my receipt, I leaned way over to look him straight in the eye and said *YOU'RE WELCOME!*. And I laughed my way to the car. What a loser excuse of an employee. Keep this up and PetSmart won't be in business long.

Treat animals terribly especially hamsters which need bigger spaces and much more bedding to burrow.
