The entire process with Phoenix Express was 10 stars Plus. The moving crew was on-time, communicated prior to arriving, were respectful, careful in handling property, helpful, coordinated, and overall the best moving company I have ever experienced.

Used both packing and moving services. They worked quickly and safely. Were not daunted by the apartment stairs. Everything was packed safely ahead of time and they worked with my schedule which helped me not have to take so much time off work. Plan to use them the next time I have to move.

This is our second time using Phoenix Express. We have used them for both in and out of town moves and our experience has been great. Everyone from the office staff to movers have been professional and pleasant. The movers were careful with our household goods and very efficient! In fact, they were so efficient, the time came in under budget! Movers also did a good job putting items back together and just where we wanted them. We won’t hesitate to use them again.

I called Phoenix because they are a local mover and I needed a 250 lb elliptical machine moved out if the house to the curb. They fid not disappoint. They came the ssme day, the 3 movers moved it out to the curb and could not have been nicer. Highly recommended!!

Great experience! Needed to book movers on short notice. Beau was very accommodating and even called me during his family vacation to discuss getting a quote asap. Manuela was wonderful and came to provide quote the following day. Movers were prompt and courteous and took great care of our items, especially my beloved upright piano. Can't recommend this company enough - thanks Beau, Manuela and Phoenix Express Team!!

I hired Phoenix to move my daughter’s belongings to a townhome. The crew of three men showed up on time, promptly surveyed the project, and then began working efficiently. They were friendly and professional as they made multiple trips to the truck. The men carefully wrapped and handled the furniture and other items. Once we arrived at the townhouse, the men were just as quick and careful unloading all the items. Nothing was damaged and everything was set in the places we requested.
This was a great experience and I highly recommend Phoenix Express.

We were greatly impressed with our selection of Phoenix Express to move us. Ours was not a long distance move, but we were a relative large move. We needed 3 trucks. The packers were fantastic in the way they stayed focused and cared for all our personal items. When we arrived at our new home, they helped place all things where we asked and where there were marked to be taken. Very conscientious. We highly recommend Phoenix!

I would recommend this company. I had one very large, very heavy item that I needed help loading onto a trailer for personal transport. They scheduled 3 men to arrive at a given time to meet me. They were on time, had good communication, and got the job done flawlessly.

My husband and I lived on a third floor apartment and we used Phoenix services to load our 26-foot U-haul for an out-of-state move.
The company is truly amazing and you will not be disappointed! The team knows exactly what they’re doing when it comes to packing and moving. They are prompt, polite, prepared and efficient! They disassembled all of our furniture and ensured everything we had packed was secured prior to loading it in the truck.
If you have had poor experiences in alternative companies (I have), USE PHOENIX! To some, they may cost a little more than another company, but it is well worth it. They genuinely made the entire experience stress-free from the moment I called to schedule. The receptionist/scheduler I spoke with was kind and answered all of my questions. I was always able to get in touch with the office for last minute questions. The owner I spoke with isn’t trying to “sell you”. He knew my budget and I got the services I needed.
Every raving review about Phoenix is true!! They are awesome!

Beau and his team did an excellent job, from working with a us on a good moving date, to keeping to a schedule, to getting all our things to our new home across the country and unloading just as we asked. Everyone was kind, worked hard, and trustworthy. On the day of loading up our things, Beau was there pitching in - how often do you see the owner sweating it out with the crew? We paid a little more for this great service and direct delivery (the truck contains only your own things, so there is no chance for mix-ups with other people’s boxes or delays due to other clients locations), and in the end we are glad we made that decision. It’s a “no worry” process amid a potentially stressful time.

I utilized the professional packing and out of state moving service. Both services were excellent. The packers did our entire house in 6 hours and the movers loaded everything into the truck in 1.5. They got all of our stuff here safely and out of the truck within 3 hours.

We were so pleased. We hadn’t moved in 19 years so we didn’t quite know what to expect as all we had heard from friends and family were mover horror stories.
The reviews about Phoenix were true. Good communication, price was fair, they stuck to it and I was amazed at their care in shrink wrapping and handling of our stuff. They were more careful than I would have been!
Javier was the team leader and he did a phenomenal job from beginning to end.
Hope I never have to move again, but if I do I’ll call on you guys again.
