Worst flying day I’ve ever been in. The bathrooms were filthy. There is no customer service. Also when a driver pays for parking, don’t wake him up at three in the morning, being rude when he has a Paid receipt on his dash. This is a good way to get hurt. This is my home on the road and you don’t try to open my door in the middle of the night unless you wanna meet Smith & Wesson. I will never stop here again.

Outside there was construction going on so I thought ugh, going to be horrible. Was I wrong! I was attended by Kimberly. I’m on the road a lot & I see many people. Kimberly stood out because of how genuine her smile was & interest in helping out. There's a female employee here that likes to hang out in the men's restroom and avoid her duties at work. It's super awkward walking out of the stall and seeing a big woman standing there smacking her gum and taking pics of herself in the men's room.

The security banged on my drivers door at 3:00 in morning for a “welfare check”. They said they were called with the truck number and color which is in public view. They did not verify the call was legit just knocked and woke up driver. Have a protocol, verify the caller, company before you knock on a door. Use common sense!!

2nd time I've parked here this year, never had to worry about much but this is the 2nd time my seal has been broken. And by the looks of it every trl next to me has broken seals. And good luck trying to get any type of report or a physical cop out here.
