Today date 24/08/2025 Sunday time 6:00pm. The girl security came to us and moved us from parking lots such a rude language, we beg help her for 15 minutes for pre trip inspection but she don’t allow us, I know Dallas is sucks and she is taking advantage for that, but she is such a rude security and pilot will loss the business, if you hire such a rude people, my company had 300 plus trucks filling at pilot, drivers try skip this place, she don’t have humanity in her heart, we request her we had shower reserve but she don’t allow us to do that too. Then we leave without doing shower, note:- pilot doesn’t reply sorry for inconvenience, this is 💯% rude manners for drivers non tolerateable behavior. Pilot needs to take action for her as soon as possible thanks..

Disgusting Pilot, very dirty. The shower takes 4–5 hours to be available, the staff simply don’t clean it. Administration, please pay attention to this. Your Pilot is one of the worst in the USA.

Security is cool. They are doing their jobs. If you reserve parking and park legally you won't have any problems. I paid online and they made a druver move who did not have reserved parking. Shower wait is EXTREMELY long because the flying j 2 miles down is under construction. Everyone is coming here to shower

Nice and friendly truck stop for me. The place seems clean, showers are on overload as the Flying J down the road is still not done with their remodeling.
I was able to come here two different times today 8/13/25 after having a very tough day with trucking, I managed to even get my same spot back!
I went into the wendy's restaurant and got me some dinner sat down and everything seemed very clean and everyone was very friendly.
I would definitely come here again for truck parking, shower, and rest!

This truck stop is worthless. There’s no free parking, I stopped for an hour to do laundry and they called a tow truck on me. I recommend not going to this truck stop

Apparently theft is okay here!! You can steal paid parking spots, merchandise and so forth… the manager doesn’t care and security does nothing but put a sticker on trucks to make you think it’s getting towed. The app said there were 55 paid spots available yet all the spots were filled…

My first & last time coming here. Today 8/8/25, at 8:15 am the number of people in line for a shower was 32 when I purchased my shower in store with cash, and now at 5:16 pm still waiting for my shower, there are 52 people waiting in line. Either this facility does not have a dedicated person or team to clean showers or only half are operational out of 11 total.
Supposedly there are 146 parking spots in total with 60 being prime/reserved. I found 1 ONLY spot available in the entire lot which is prime. There are a number of TRUCK spaces with cars parked in them and a few dropped/abandoned trailers. I was informed by staff of where I had parked while making a reservation online. Not even 5 minutes later I had a rent a cop security guard telling me I need to put a ticket in my window or leave. He wanted to argue while I was checking email for confirmation. The entire lot is full of garbage and debris swept out of trailers. It is not cost effective to pay for parking in a lot that's full of garbage or cars. There's no return on investment.
I'm left to assume that this is just an encampment for unemployed owner operators just waiting for that load paying a plug nickle.
