Paid for prime parking and can not get my spot for 30 min. They keep telling security will find a spot but there is no security looking for my spot.

People Park crazy here and the pump was so slow. Eventually just left cuz it would take a half hour just to top off the reefer

I condemn the security guard for his inconsistent behavior, who came to the store and cursed at the drivers after rudely warning them about the truck reservation.

I would not give this DUMP SITE any star but I guess you have to…have over 100 parking spots and only 4 stalls for solid waste ? and if you are expecting a hot shower…FORGET ABOUT IT ?? ICE COLD!!! I have been a driver for 12 years and this Pilot is THE WORST, I will go spend my $100’s of $$$ somewhere else I will NEVER EVER go here again. This is to the owner…we spend $1000’s of dollars running our business…you make us pay for parking and you can’t even give us a hot shower… ? SUCK!!!! A tip FIRE YOUR MANAGER they suck at running your store!!!

Left my near the microwave and went to the bathroom. I came out after 3 minutes. My food was gone. I checked the near garbage bin, it was there. The night shift workers dont have logic not to throw someone’s food into trash bin until they come and get that. That was my last food for the day. Congratulations, you made someone starved for the day.

No star! Don't answer phone! Called 3 times,rang forever. Went inside, Walk to counter and was not even acknowledged. Girl behind the counter was on her phone and when I said, "Excuse me", she was like yeah... and then finally looked up at me. She was rude. Very unprofessional needs to get a job somewhere else! Showers not clean. Taking this place off for fuel stop. No more !!! Management needs to improve and or change!
