Another Pilot travel center where majority of the parking spots are reserved and only a few not!! Whoever came up with making us pay for parking needs to be taken out to the shed!! Don't they know how much we spend on fuel and inside the store? And then to pay for parking as well. This will be another red X on my map to never come back!!

The only bad thing about this place is that it is very busy truckstop if u get here at 10am expect to wait 3 to 4 hours to get a shower the best time to get a shower here is sometime after midnight and the parking lot is already full by then but the inside is well maintained and the parkinglot is lit but not well lit and everyone is nice the only bad thing is seen here is having to wait so long for a shower

If there was less than a 1 star I’d still think to give it. Absolutely disgusting place and you wait forever to get a shower.

Three times I have had to pay to reserve a spot here to make sure I can park after a late delivery and two of those times the awesome security guard Raven has been out getting parking spot thieves out of spots for the people who paid for them! Outstanding security!

They need to put up signs AND arrows that lead out of the fuel pumps to the exit in the back. There are too many drivers trying to leave out of the entrance and clogging it up for those trying to get in.

After reading the other reviews, I decided I could skip a shower, but after a cancelled load and having to stay here an extra day. I decided I could handle a dirty shower. However my shower was very clean. The store is well stocked. My only complaint is there was only one cashier and the store was very busy.

You guys have security guards to bother us truck drivers? Also do you have a security guard to pick and choose who he want to bother! Next time you need to get act together and stop moving people from County Street! Is not up to you to enforce the law on county street.

Don’t waste your money on reserved parking, they will tell you everybody paid and there is something wrong with the App, you won’t get a refund

Paid for prime parking and can not get my spot for 30 min. They keep telling security will find a spot but there is no security looking for my spot.

People Park crazy here and the pump was so slow. Eventually just left cuz it would take a half hour just to top off the reefer

I condemn the security guard for his inconsistent behavior, who came to the store and cursed at the drivers after rudely warning them about the truck reservation.
