This store is literally a block from me. I guess they use doordash now to deliver the food sometimes. I ordered 2 mediums and tipped 35% just for me to walk around the whole apartment complex because the doordash driver would not answer her phone for me to guide her. Then when you call to report they don't give a damn they'll make up a lie to get you off the phone. If I wanted to doordash my food I would have went through doordash not you guys website.

Manager being unprofessional waited 45mins had to call back to tell me that somebody stole my food ? from Uber's eat l order $50 of food l got a refund and he only said he can only credit $10 wasted my 1 hour break??never calling or coming here

The service here is horrible . My food was burnt on the 9th . It already took an hour to get my food . I called and the “manager “ supposedly put a credit on my account because it was too late to get more wing’s delivered: . I called today to order my wings and I was treated like an idiot with no money . I only eat Pizza Hut wings and I’ve spent a good amount . I will no longer be eating at this location. Customer service and management is terrible

Called them before arriving but never picked up the phone. Got here and Being waiting for a more than 5 mnts and I can hear them on the back talking but they just don’t care to come to the front and take orders. After calling them someone (he said he’s the manager) showed up and very rudely ask what do you need. I just looked at him, turned around and left. Never coming back ?

Ordered 2 pizzas tonight for delivery. My order was correct, delicious, and delivered by Adolfo. We will be ordering again and if we're lucky, Adolfo will be our delivery driver.

The pizza was dry and didn't have any marinara sauce on it. The delivery driver took longer than expected to deliver my food. After I called and spoke with a manager he remade my order and had another driver come bring me my food.

I called to check on my order got put on hold in the middle on my conversation! Then got told the driver couldn’t find the apartment number because there is no apt number 1429, when clearly my address provides the exact location! Seem to me like the driver just didn’t want to look! And now they refuse to bring me my order this ridiculous I’ve been waiting over a hour just to get told I’m not getting my food and got rudely hung up on!

Been ordering pizza From this place as long as it's been there I'll always spend a lot of money when I order this one time I get a pizza that seems like it's been setting for hours it was horrible I was so hungry I called and they said they would deliver me another pizza I call after its been about 2 hrs Hello what's going on where's my pizza well you said you was gonna bring it up here and get another one will we make it ....no I didn't.... yes well somebody I talked to said this no they did not I have no vehicle, I got a delivery and you're telling me that I said something I didn't say and this is the manager what a horrible customer service I'll never order from this place again as far as I'm concerned nobody I know will

This location adds more tips to your credit card, be careful. Staff is rude and your order will be incorrect 75% of the time. Just order from ifratelli.
