This is now car #3 for me at Planet Lincoln and each experience has been amazing! Kurt has been my sales person all three times and I can say he is always so professional and goes above and beyond to get me the car I’m searching for. You need to ask for Kurt if shopping for a car!James in finance is knowledgeable and helpful, and Aaron and Shane made sure to make everything possible for me.And Juliana at the front desk was so pleasant and bubbly and is the happiest first face to see every time I arrived at the dealership!The entire team there is so thorough and professional as always, yet made the experience memorable and fun from start to finish! First visit to Planet Lincoln for an oil change. Dealership was clean, staff was friendly and welcoming, service was prompt and on time so the wait was less than an hour and had a nice waiting area. Location is convenient right next to Love Field. Service adviser, Cameron, answered all my questions and even told me a little history on my car, which I bought used a year ago but was originally sold at his dealership. Planet Lincoln makes it easy to get your vehicle in and out for service. The service professional I worked with was courteous and communicative, and respectful of my time. He ordered me a luxury ride home and offered to pick me up for my return. When I picked up my Aviator, we walked through the work PL’s service team had performed and he made sure I was comfortable with the experience.That’s the kind of service I expected when I bought a Lincoln.

Purchased a black label aviator here in November 2022 - the worst auto purchase experience of my life and likely the worst retail/customer experience that I've ever encountered. If I could give 0 stars i would. Here are some of the issues that occurred during my purchase process and afterwards. Ordering process - salesperson was not aware of current options on the cars and differences between the options. I spent an hour reading the Lincoln website and was much more aware of the various options. - Salesperson could not answer simple questions- Poor attitude - Unresponsive to emails and then after calling, i was told that i was switched to another salesperson without being notifiedFinance Process- Brought me a financing rate to sign which was not the agreed upon rate (1% higher)- finance process was generally smooth other than thisCar Delivery Process- Tail light was out when the car was delivered; was not notified, it was not noticed by the dealership in the QC process, and i left the dealership with no tail light- It is 10 months later and i still am without a tail light (more on this in the service process below)- Tint; asked the salesperson 3 times to confirm the level of tint, 25% which is the state legal limit. Salesperson assured me it would be 25% on all windows. Car was delivered with 35% tint on the passenger windows and no tint on the rest of the windows (privacy glass only) - yet i was charged $400 (more on this in the Management section below). $400 for 2 window is grossly overpriced. Management- Contacted my salesperson and one of the sales managers on December 23 to discuss the tint issue above - was told that they would talk to the GSM and he would get back to me "after the holiday"- January 10 - still no response - emailed sales manager and also emailed GSM directly - no response - Finally receive a voicemail from GSM on January 19- After we finally got on the phone, the GSM was highly highly combative about the tint issue from the moment he picked up the phone - stated that he didn't believe me. Told me that there is zero chance they refund any of the $400 for the tint that not only was i lied to about (that it would be on all windows), but it was not the tint % that i requested (35% vs. 25%). You'd think after spending $85k on a car the dealership would be accommodating for something like this.Service - by far the worst part of this dealership- i paid for a Black Label car which is supposed to provide a superior level of service (the dealership is supposed to pick up the car from your house for appointments, etc.) - yet this was the worst service experience of my life - when I asked if the pickup service was available it seemed like a burden. First time i asked - "no drivers available" for drop off. Second time - it was 4pm and was told that it was only available until 5 and that there wasn't enough time. Third time - they offered but only after i asked several times - After supposedly ordering my tail light part that had been faulty since car delivery - the service dept did not update me one time as to when the part would be delivered- i would call every 2-3 weeks and was told they would call me with an update - not one time did they call back. I am now 10 months into owning the car with no tail light and I haven't heard from the dealership since i stopped checking in 6 months ago Overall Planet buying and service experience has been one of the worst customer service experiences in my life. I will be going to another Lincoln dealer for any service needs even if i have to drive 45 minutes. People should avoid this dealership at all costs.

John M did a great job getting my car in and out! He is a super nice man and made sure everything was done on my car to get me back on the road to go home. I took my car in because there was a recall. Fee m the time I pulled in to the service department met by someone who greeted me my experience was awesome. The Service Gentleman who handled my service today was so friendly and amazing he kep me in the loop of everything and answered questions I had initially. I love them. They are top tier with service advisor calling and dropping and picking up my car from my apartment was quick. And exchanging the loaner. It only took a few days for repairs, and they had it back to me. The nice was after is always my favorite. Informative as well as my service advisor told me of future concerns and other things outside of what I asked for that would need to be done. John Mendow Jr. and Planet Love Field did a fantastic job helping service my Ford Escape after I had a flat. While having the flat repaired, they also helped take care of a recall, changed my oil, and washed my car so that it was squeaky clean when I picked it up. John was extremely communicative throughout the service and was helpful upon pickup.
