Abe and raja are the best! They are so friendly and offered us great advice as we were deciding on our wedding bands! We are repeat customers and they have always been so kind to us. I can't thank them enough for all their help! Don't hesitate and go see for yourself!

Abe and Raja are the most down to earth owners I have ever come across at a business. Abe fixed my chain at a better rate than I could find anywhere else and most likely did a better job as well. Extremely happy with my fixed chain and I would recommend anyone go to fix their jewelry here. Also, if you need to buy a chain or engagement ring, you won't find a better price!

Abe is super friendly. If you're in the Dallas area and are needing jewelry work or repair, he's the man. I came here to get my band sized and he was able to do just that. Quick and easy. There's a reason he's got great reviews. Thank you Abe!

Abe has been in the business 40 years and his expertise shows! I've had a great experience coming to his shop. I had very little knowledge about engagement rings, and Abe has been great to work with! Abe has the best prices I've seen and he is very friendly with jokes. Free parking and fast service!

Abe and Rajah gave us incredible, fast and honest service. They repaired and cleaned my engagement ring in less than 10 minutes and it looks stunning and brand new. Very reasonable pricing. We’ll be back to get our wedding bands!!

I am so glad I came across this store while looking for somewhere to get my watch resized. Abe and Raja are lovely, lovely people and getting to chat with them was the highlight of my day. My Fiancée and I didn’t know anything about jewelry as we were beginning to shop for an engagement ring. We had visited a few big retailers however none of those stores were very helpful. We decided to visit Plaza Fine Jewelry and the rest is history. Abe and Raja were fantastic and were super helpful. They took the time to explain to us everything we needed to know. They guided us in the right direction and they ended up making us the perfect ring. They’re hospitality, customer service, timeliness, and most importantly their prices were second to none. Abe and Raja are my new jewelers and I will continue to give them my business. Highly recommend visiting them!

This is a very cool story that proves that it just makes so much sense to be honest and kind to your customers…My daughter and I found ourselves at a business meeting at Marriott Hotel in downtown Dallas and she asked me to help her with fixing two of her bracelets. I took them from her, went to the front desk to grab an envelope to take them with me securely. The hotel front desk lady saw the bracelets and asked if I had a problem and recommended that I take them to the nearby Plaza Fine Jewelry store.Once at the store, I met the sweetest people you can find. They opened and worked at this store for over 40 years. The owner looked at the bracelets and in a matter of minutes fixed them. He refused payment for fixing one of them because it was just “not that big of a deal”.While waiting, I was chatting with these folks, and they shared their life story, and I shared mine. It was a very nice, warm, and cordial experience. To kill some of the time I was asking questions about some of the pieces, and it turns out that a lot of them are handmade at the store and therefore unique.Then I moved to check the watches they sell and because I felt so good about my experience I went ahead and bought a Rolex for my wife.This is how business should be conducted. Because this team is proud of what they do, are very good, kind, unassuming, nice, and simple, something that was a quick bracelet repair translated in a sale of an expensive piece.I strongly recommend this place and will definitely stop by next time I am in Dallas.
