Is a cashless bank. Greeter told me to use the virtual machine. Tried to withdraw money. Said “transaction could not be complete” and exited me outCompletely uselessThe greeter was also enthusiastic when I disappointingly asked if it was a cashless branch.Why they pay for a retail space is beyond me

Useless location. Can’t get change in coins. Condescending old man in the lobby told me that I was “going the wrong way” if I wanted a fully fledged functional bank in my area. (All those branches are on the rich side of town).

I don't understand all the hate on here for this branch. My spouse and I went in during our lunch hour to open a new account. We were greeted warmly by Heidi in the reception area, then were quickly ushered to banker Jay Tadros' office (we had scheduled an appointment for this). The experience, while slightly time-consuming due to the nature of the account we were opening (we were told when scheduling the appointment how much time to expect) was nonetheless seamless. We were treated in a professional, friendly and respectful manner by all involved. Parking is not easy directly in front of the branch entrance (as it faces NW Highway), but there is a ton of surface parking for the surrounding businesses just a half-block away. Overall, a positive experience on all levels. Couldn't have asked for better.

Wow!!! Never had a bank with so many problems, I wish I could just keep my account but you guys are making it so hard! And why? I visited 3 branches and non of them could help, excuses after excuses for everything. I will take my business to someone who appreciates customers.

Was unable to do a cashiers check since all the people who do it… “went to lunch.” very unprofessional for a bank to say that.. may switch JPM or WF at this point.

Terrible location, never enough parking. PNC is definitely understaffed. I've visited 3 branches today and all of them have either missing machines or missing staff. One of the branches literally said all the bankers had quit after BBVA transition. I've been waiting for nearly an hour at this branch alone. Hope they get their act together soon.

Went to the bank to get a simple temporary check and they don’t have any so I had to pay to get a cashiers check overnight. It’s been 3 days and I haven’t received my check. Called customer service and they literally hanged up on me after being placed on hold for 15 minutes and then transferred over just to be hanged up on. Never doing business with PNC again.

Cold, unfriendly bank. Hope for the minimum from the staff if you have to visit the bank and do not expect the service to occur quickly. You will feel like you work for the bank versus a valued customer.
