However, some find the employees meh, noting they sometimes stand around and quickly restock boxes when one is grabbed, which can feel ridiculous. All sales are final, stamped on receipts, which is logical for blind boxes, though an exchange option for manufacturer issues is hoped for. Some high-demand items, like Labubus, require ordering online via a QR code. Customers report having a great experience, a great time, and a blast, successfully pulling secret figures and enjoying the great amount of items available.

It’s packed in Popmart today! I can only imagine how exhausted the staff must be with 1,000+ personalities coming through. Despite the holiday rush, we had such a great experience at Popmart Galleria Dallas today, thanks to Cody. He was incredibly sweet and so helpful! I just wanted to give a shoutout to Cody!!
